The ordering is simple - a list of menu items and pictures at the counter, place your order and in no time the delicious food is delivered. A miso soup and two mains (with lots of food) came to $25. The restaurant is not licenced...More

Fast service on our way home was fabulous and very reasonable pricing. Four of us ate miso, fried rice, tempura, fried dumplings. I liked it for parking out of the crowded cbd but still central and next to great Asian supermarket.

We came here for dinner and ordered 4 dishes to share. All were excellent, gyoza pizza was yummy and great value for 20 pieces. Special fried rice, octopus balls and mixed tempura were all delicious. We also ordered two miso soups to share. Overall extremely...More

Really good value for food... A bowl of whichever dish ordered is enough for two!! Being a vegetarian, I had Vegetarian Teriyaki Don and would definitely recommend!

Walked into the male toilets and the urine smell was sickening. No deodorisers and floors were sticky and unkept. On returning to the table could see the kitchen floors were wet as staff were busy walking through the puddles. I could not eat the meal...More

Food was okay. But, why, why, why would you use polystyrene cups for everyone's water and tea? Seriously, aren't we all past such a symbol of disposable wastefulness? It would be so easy to have re-useable tough plastic glasses.

There were five of us at this centrally located cafe in town. For around $10 a meal, we struggled to finish the meals. They are very filling. The meals come out very fast. There is plenty of variety and the food is tasty. Large servings,...More

I have been here many times, and have recommended this place to many others. Quick service, tasty food at a reasonable price. I tend to order soup noodles because the size is just right. Rice dishes tend to be large and people tend to take...More

After finding a rat in our hostel room (shout out to discovery hostel), we came here to indulge in some clean, odor ridden, Japanese food. When our orders of Agedashi Tofu and Okonamiyaki arrived, we thought they'd got the sauces muddled up! The Okonamiyaki came...More

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the
city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques,
throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
