This little corner located in the Deli section of the Queen Victoria Market is one of the gems that we discovered when we were in Melbourne recently. You can't miss this, they roast their own beans or something so you can smell this as soon as you're nearby.

Really excellent coffee fairly easy to find on the opposite side of the street from the flower seller and slightly further away from Elizabeth street than the entrance to the food hall. Convenient stop before (and after) the Queen Vic markets!!

Consistently perfect coffee, definitely recommend! Also convenient to bring kids as you can bring your own food.

I come here about 5 days a week (and often more than once a day). Best coffee around. Fantastic flavour. Staff incredibly professional and friendly. Not much food but the few little sweet treats they do have are beautiful. I see someone gave them one star because they "are too hipster to have soy". Praise the lord. There's not nut... More

Wicked coffee - great location, near Vic Market, with plenty of atmosphere on market days, & staffed by dudes who are passionate about their product.

They specialize in coffee. You won't find food here but a good coffee indeed. Served with organic milk. Very nice and cozy atmosphere. Worth a visit!

My experience, which is shared by other spanning over a year, can be summarised by the conversation that took place: Me: "Hi there, just a soy cap for me please." Guy at counter (GaC): "Sure, and yourself?" Bianca: "I'll just get a decaf soy cap please" GaC: "Ah sorry we don't do decaf" Bianca: "Oh really? Ok well I'll just... More

Delicious coffee and smooth. Strong aroma from the dark roast beans and match with tasty milk. Simply delicious and make me day.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
