Bad from start to finish! Terrible (non existent) service even with hardly any other patrons ( I know why). Extremely long wait for what was very ordinary food (bruschetta was a pizza base with tasteless lumps on it)! To top it off for two people...More

Fabulous family business serving authentic Italian food to die for ... and without the hard sell od other establishments on Lygon who practically chase you up the street to vie for your patronage. My friends and I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening - faultless service,...More

The only problem with our visit was the inattentiveness of the staff. Whilst they were very friendly they just weren't paying attention. We were never offered water, something that you are routinely offered at restaurants throughout Australia and also here but, somehow, they missed us....More

The restaurant owner approached us in the street and convinced us to try his food, which he assured us was the best in Lygon Street. All I can say is, if it is not the best, it is damn close to it. We both had...More

Lygon Street
If you want real parmesan, cut from the block, grated
over your pasta with a twist of style, this is the
place. Until recently, this neighborhood was home to
the notorious ‘Carlton Crew,’ a pseudo mafia who
started their day with a local espresso. They are
gone, but the espresso still runs strong in this
Little Italy which has something for everyone.
