Hate buffet type food however Melba at the Langham does it better than anyone. Outstanding customer service from all staff make this a great experience.

We tried the $85 each smorgasbord on Monday night: note no Morton bay bugs or lobster, what a shame. Lots of fresh prawns, mussels, oysters sushi etc. Stir fry is fun as you chose your ingredients and interact with the chef. There is also pork, lamb, beef, vegetables galoure. The desert bar consists a fruit, small cakes and a chocolate... More

We attended Melba's at Langham's for their buffet lunch. The food was very good with a good variety of foods, both hot and cold. Prawns, sushi, duck pancakes, roasts and individually cooked pasta and a good variety of bite size desserts including ice cream and a chocolate fountain. The alcohol was outrageously expensive. The beer was $12 for a local... More

The Melba is the main restaurant of the beautiful Langham Hotel in Melbourne. Situated on the podium level the restaurant serves both buffet as well as al la carte meals. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast here the day we checked into the Langham. The breakfast buffet was lavish, with cold cuts, fruit, juices, scrambled eggs, variety of breads, cheeses, cereals... More

$95 per head for this place is not worth it anymore. Been there a few times and in the past it was great but I think is getting to a stage this place is a waste of money. The food is nothing special. Long queues to get some noodles as they only had one chef cooking. If you have kids,... More

We had dinner here one night during our stay and it was lovely. Choice of either Buffet Dining or A La Carte. We chose A La Carte and loved it. Staff & atmosphere very nice & beautiful views as well to enjoy whilst dining. The Buffet dining is extremely popular and everything looked very nice.

Delicious food - omlettes are just devine, and a plethora of food options, including pancakes, chocolate, seafood, standards and so much more. You wont be disappointed.

Food was very good, and the attention was excellent. All sorts of healthy options, and an excellent pastry chef. The breads and sweets were very well prepared.
