A lovely meal with the family before my sons wedding. We had the five course degustation with accompanying wines. To start was the trout, a perfect combination of flavours even for the non fish eaters. Then the twice cooked pork belly, lovely perfectly cooked and so tasty. Scallop lasagna, which sounds odd but was fantastic. Again the balance of flavours... More

The service was excellent, the food was great and contrary to other reviews (my personal opinion) I didnt find this expensive in comparison to other local restaurants, where I have paid and expected more but got considerably less value. Bring your sunnies!! The brilliant blue ocean and view was stunning but the glare was tough on the eyes We went... More

I had heard so much about Seaduction since it opened, and when we planned to go visit for a friends birthday we were very excited since we are all foodies. Sadly, the experience was a massive let down. My major issue the whole night was the service. For a place as expensive and classy as this, you really do expect... More

We dinned here on the evening of Saturday 22nd of November We chose calamari and Pork Belly for entree. Both lovely dishes, presentation was first class. We then ate the duck and the lamb mains, cooked to perfection Hard to fault these dishes, the only thing I would say about the menu is that there wasn't a dish that I... More

Took my mother in law to dinner whilst I was in town. The restaurant is in the excellent Peppers on Soul Hotel on the waterfront. The hotel was great but Seaduction is over-priced, maybe for international tourists its ok, and the portions are your archetypal nouveau cuisine small portions and even smaller wine servings. Would not recommend unless you are... More

We visited with friends and enjoyed the degustation menu. Great idea to offer the tasting wine option in addition to the full wine option. Ocean trout starter was divine and the pork belly was absolutely mouth watering. Didn't enjoy the duck breast as much but dessert made up for it with a tasting option to suit most people. Service was... More

This was booked as a special celebration restaurant on the Gold Coast. We are very used to paying more for special places. This restaurant did not fit that bill! Very poor service. The food was fine when it finally arrived. I rarely write poor reviews but I am sad to say this place was very very average based on what... More

Sunday lunch; beautiful Gold Coast day and a table at the floor to ceiling window, looking out over the sea and the lively weekend activity on the foreshore of Surfers Paradise beach. Warm and professional greeting, option of still, sparkling or tap water, lovely warm bread rolls and the menu to peruse as we settled in. We opted for the... More

We had a the degustation with matching wines. It was lovely. Highly recommend! 3 out of 5 courses were mind blowing. The other two were still stunning.. Great food experience. Staff were lovely. We missed photographing the scallops, which where amazing!
