We’d heard good things about Seaduction, in fact we were there based on a friend’s recommendation. Be warned, the menu choice is small. And portion sizes are small as well. We started with an ‘Amuse Busch’ – very much on trend but a little lacking in flavour. As for entrees, the Suckling Pig was quite good, in fact probably the... More

I've been looking forward to dining here ever since it opened and when I came to the Gold Coast in November I decided to book and try it. But I was slightly disappointed. We parked in the car park downstairs thinking it would take us straight up to the restaurant - but it didn't. Anyway we got there in the... More

Returned to this amazing restaurant to celebrate the Melbourne Cup. Pre luncheon drinks, champagne wine juices etc, tasty appetisers consisting of the most delicious smoked salmon wrapped around creamed cheese topped with caviar, various tasty meat balls, and many more. Entrees consisted of every type of seafood, including prawns, soft shell crab, oysters, lobster, whole salmon, sushi, with exotic sauces,... More

You have to book early for this place. We were lucky to get a table by the window overlooking the beach. Service was attentive and all the staff we very knowledgeable about the food and wine pairings. We chose the degustation with wine pairing and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The staff were lovely. The view totally inspiring. The food while presentation was good the taste greatest disappointment. We ordered 1 dozen oysters each and were served 6 each. The main was tasteless. The dessert was beautiful. I could not recommend the Restaurant for its food.

I have previously reviewed this restaurant when I attended for a business dinner and it was fantastic. This time I returned for the buffet breakfast with my family while staying at Soul, which is the hotel the restaurant is based in. The overall experience and quality was dreadful, especially when the price is added to the picture. To start with,... More

We dined at 7 wonderful top level restaurants in SE Qld and Seaduction was up with the top of the list. The room is wonderful, the service good without being overbearing and the food deserves to be praised. The John Dory and grelot was a dish I shan't forget in a hurry; closed my eyes in appreciation kind of memorable.... More
