Have been wanting to try the Degustation Menu here for some time, and waited for a very Special Birthday to do it. The food was incredible and the presentation exquisite. The Service was really friendly, and great recommendations on the food and the wine. The only difference to other Degustation menus we've tried, was that they often come with recommended... More

We visited Seaduction as a group of 4 for a birthday celebration. We were there for lunch on Saturday. We all had the 3 course set menu for $55 which was fantastic value. The food was delicious and the quality of presentation was surprising and spot on. We also had the black sesame tempura oysters with ponzu sauce - best... More

We dined here with high expectations and weren't disappointed. This is a refined dining experience enhanced by professional waitresses. Our waitress Marli was pleasantly attentive and gave us an excellent descriptive knowledge of our oysters two ways, natural and tempura, stuffed King George whiting and Hapuka fish mains and rhubarb dessert. All were delicious eating experiences.

Great position overlooking the beac.. but blinds drawn to protect the furniture from the sun .. air-con not on and the Buffet was average. So many better breakfasts to be had in Surfers.

Tried a two course menu, very delicious and well prepared fresh and surprising sides, like baby fennel. Dessert with rhubarb was a delight

Great view of the beach if you get a table near the windows. Food wasn't memorable (not bad) but not the molecular gastronomy we were expecting, just typical fine dining.

Good restaurant right on the water at Surfers Paradise, staff were friendly and helpful. Only issues was it took over 3 hours from being seated to leaving, luckily we weren't in any rush and had a great view of the beach, and the usual Australian restaurant annoyance of charging 5x more for any wine on their list eg paying $150... Went as a family of 5 for dinner. Started out with attentive staff but after meals came they didn't come back. We found the meals to be underwhelming.

Beachfront Surfers Paradise makes this location pretty special. We had the degustation and were suitably impressed. With a degustation you eat courses that you may not otherwise order and that adds to the overall experience. Some very different food ingredients and processes. The staff were young (maybe I'm just getting older) but were very efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable as regards... More

We dined at Seaduction recently and we cannot find enough superlatives to describe our experience. After dining at several other high-end restaurants, they pale into insignificance with this one. The new chef has immense talent and it showed. The dishes we tried were presented like works of art, adding to the experience. The all-important taste-test was a revelation and none... More
