This is a perfect spot to have a drink at sunset and wait for George the Groper to appear. We were ready front and centre but sadly George did not appear...maybe next time.

Busy restaurant, however we did book. Good selection of meals, great fish dishes, beautiful location, unfortunately the evening we were there it was raining :( . Five of us in our party and we all enjoyed our meals, deserts were also delicious and the Mar Bar one is too much for one, so needs to be shared! Friendly staff, good... More

The waiter was only interested in selling us the seafood platter. I opted for the seafood pasta. Think it came from Woolworths. The mussels were tiny, the fish was way too uniform and the four tiny prawns were obviously thrown in for effect only. The couple sitting next to us had the platter and their mussels were huge, did the... More

The service here is 10/10 the staff really know their stuff. The outlook was spectacular right on the water with a breeze. We Ordered the seafood platter which was spectacular!!! Plenty to choose from. The crab and the bugs were the highlight. The only disappointment was that the mussels had not had the shell opened (as seen in other photos... More

We firstly went to on the inlet because we had heard about the huge groper that is fed every day at 5pm. We got there early as told by the staff and ordered drinks and snacks for the kids and waited.... and waited. After 5, and despite much coaxing with bait there was no sign of George. My boys are... We were there for the groper feeding, but couldn't see much because of the crowds. However, they had oysters in the shell from the bar,a nd these were good value from 5 to 6

Had to review this place, Wayne and the gang looked after us so well when we stopped by in July. Food was top class and so fresh, crab, trout, shrimp, oysters and lots lots more all presented with such style. The taste of each and every dish was sublime and it was a real treat to eat here. The other... More

Our food was good, and the service attentive. We had fish & chips, and I had the barramundi. The major con is that the menu seemed limited, i.e. the fish dishes all were described as very spicy, which was a disappointment.
