Great little idea to combine books with coffee. We loved having coffee here whilst browsing through the books. The timber & cane decor also works a treat to create a lovely cozy ambience. The coffee was excellent too.

Lovely book shop with great atmosphere to have a coffee. The service is fabulous. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long but the friendly staff and the nice environment make totally up for it. I go here all the time.

This is a book shop that is popular with people who want a coffee as well. I can never find a decent biography book in this place. It is a bit alternative in the books it sells.

My boyfriend and I stopped here while on vacation so he could have a cappuccino and we could have dessert. We both enjoyed the dessert, and he said the cappuccino was good as well. Liked the atmosphere and service.

Terrific coffee and the benefit of being able to browse the bookshop. It offers breakfast and lunch which looked good. There is plenty of outside seating so you can watch the worl go by

Can't think of a better way to spend time... The bannana bread was great and a good cup of coffee. Did I mention I also got to browse (and just had to buy) books? Nice relaxed atmosphere and assistants great at helping me find local books for kids.

Excellent for cake and coffee and a browse at all the books. Good atmosphere and sitting outside you can watch the passing parade of people as this is the very popular for shopping, accommodation and restaurants. They are always busy and popular with locals. One not to miss.

It's actually really hard to get a good coffee in Port Douglas. This is one of the few places you can go to get a decent cappuccino.

If you want a very good coffee or hot chocolate and a muffin then this is the place for you. Always busy in the morning and late afternoon I found 2:30 or 3 a good time to go and have my coffee break and maybe read a book.

The service was very slow, great idea to enjoy the bookshop (excellent selection great bookshop)while having a coffee. The food was a little over priced. Plenty of seating either inside or outside.
