Very fresh beautiful seafood. We had the seafood platter for two. While not cheap, it was delicious. It came as a two course meal - the entree was smoked salmon, oysters, and king prawns which was the cold dish, and the main was scallops, char grilled yabbies, Morton Bay bugs, and crab. Beautifully cooked and served with chips and salad.... More

Awesome seafood and service. Scallops were a bit small but waitress did warn us. Baramundi was decent size and cooked perfectly considering I normally eat steak I was well impressed. Tropical fruit Panna Cotta desert was amazing. Can't fault anything and well worth it.

We arrived late for dinner as the only booking we could get was at 8:30pm & on arrival our table was not ready until 8:45 pm. The table of 4 ordered basically the same dish as we all wanted to try the BBQ Moreton Bay bugs with kipfler potatoes , tomatoes & lemon. The bugs were extremely tasty & fresh.... More

We had an excellent dinner with all meals given the 'thumbs up' by all 5 diners. Coming from Melbourne, we had low expectations of this Port Douglas seafood restaurant but we're very impressed! Fried shrimp excellent. Tuna sashimi could have been cut thinner but still delicious. Moreton Bay Bugs cooked and barbecued to perfection (not too much, not too little).... More

We arrived earlier than our booking, but were happy to sit and have a drink at the bar. The girl behind the bar chatted to us while she prepared drinks. We were given a choice of tables. The staff were very friendly and helpful in regards to choosing our meal. Unfortunately the "fish of the day" was mistaken for "the... More

Lovely location. Acceptable food. Slow service due to being very busy but accommodating to dietary requirements. Overpriced and the quality of food did not justify the prices charged. Although a pleasant experience.

This is a quality restaurant with top service from 'friendly backpackers' and a varied menu and wine list. Excellent, but they charge Sydney prices, but the quality and experience is excellent.

This is a smart, modern restaurant in the Coconut Grove building at the beach end of Macrossan Street. Four of us had lunch, we did not opt for the lunch special (2 courses + wine) as we felt it would be too much food. Three of us had the Spanish mackerel which was superb. Our fourth diner had a Thai... More
