Very enjoyable buffet... hot and cold food, including seafood. Desserts to die for. Entrance and escalator up from the Central Station concourse is very convenient.

Great smorgesboard, went for lunch and was not disappointed, great range of food, seafood (prawns, fresh oysters and mussels) lovely, and desserts very very good. Whilst not cheap well worth the money, great service overall a really nice dining experience.

Nice mix of cuisine. Have various variety of cheese, ice cream and dessert. Overall a satisfied experience. Should visit to enjoy a relaxed environment with a glass of champagne or wine. Sea food lovers should give a try once. They prepare different dishes ranging from Italian, French to Indian. Service was good but have to pay 1.5% extra charge if... More

Courteous and attentive staff looked after us so well. The à la carte menu was a little limited, but with sufficient choice (understandable as it is a large restaurant).

The usual ACCOR buffet, extra special visit midweek, affordable. Drinks however are so overpriced it is ridiculous. In other parts of the hotel the same drinks are cheaper..........felt ripped off paying $60 for bottle of basic local wine to have with buffet.

Found the range was reasonable and most of the food was good for a buffet breakfast. The fresh fruit juicer was cool in the past but it is no longer there. The speed of service to get coffee makes me think it might be better to have an automatic brewing machine available instead of table service for this. Loved the... More

The Sofitel really knows how to provide an up market buffet experience. No limp salads will be found here. The seafood offering including superb green lipped mussels, oysters and delicious prawns is extensive. I noted that there are many choices for vegetarians too. My favourite dish was a Catalan veal (osso buco style). The Malaysian chicken laksa was excellent too.... More

Had lunch here with a friend using her Accor card saved us 50% off the full price. Free flow of drinks is included. My friend had bubbly and I saw people around us ordering beer or softdrinks. I had fresh oyster, prawns and mussel and they were delicious! I also tried the hot dishes - fish, beef madras and roast... More

it was a special occasion being my 40th Birthday. We were placed at a table quite promptly and the initial service of the waiter was fantastic. The first drinks, water, was supplied very quickly. We had our first round of buffet and while getting more food, the dirty plates were removed from our table which was great to see. The... More
