We were just staying in a hotel near to this restaurant so we stumbled and had a look it looked really interesting so we went in and sat down and started on drinks. We decided to get a couple of meals to share with two other people. The food was amazing and quick. The pizzas are so delicious so make... More

A very busy restaurant offering open air dining. Great atmosphere with attentive service. A good variety of tasty dishes served promptly with a smile.Just across the road from the Emporium Hotel it was our go to place to eat this weekend.

Asked if meat was halal and was told it is not. And if I Google, it appears on the halal list. Either the waiter did not get what I asked or the online I formation is not correct. Otherwise food was good, though could not order meat.

This is a good choice for dinner - tagine is good as are the kebab and taboulleh. Service was quick and prices are very reasonable.

My husband Robert and our friends went here last monday and had to come back again tonight because we promised Rovi to see her again. She's a very lovely girl. She was very helpful and accomodating. She surely knows how to entertain and serve people. It's just so sad that she's only got another week left in Mecca. But we... More

My husband and I had dinner at Mecca Bah with friends on New Year's Eve. It was surprisingly quiet there which was nice as we got great service, but I imagine the place has more atmosphere when it's busy. It is a beautifully ambient restaurant and you can sit inside or outside. I have eaten many times at the Gold... More

Brisbane is a great place for eating outside....as long as we don't get one of those torrential storms! Mecca Bah is a great place for groups of people. Mezze to share, good food, smallish wine list. Service was attentive, the food was interesting and a good mix. We had the banquet, minimum 4 people, I think it was about $45/head.... More

We ate here twice during our Brissy trip and just loved it both times. The lamb pizza was to die for, the targines amazing and the pearl cous cous with spicy sausage salad just so yummy. Only small gripe was having to get up and go to the counter to pay. This does seem to be prevelant in a lot... More

Visited Mecca Bah solo whilst in Brisbane for work. The waiting staff were very friendly and I was seated quickly even though I didn't have a reservation. I ordered the Lamb Meatball Tagine which come with couscous. Great taste. A little spicy which was great. No need for an entrée! This is a popular place for dinner and a very... More
