Really like the venues open outlook, the staff are friendly, efficient and professional. The food is delicate and very delicious difficult to choose as I wanted several options.

Great spot for brekky / brunch. First class service - staff friendly & very good. Quick service with a smile. Food very good. Had a banana smoothie & eggs with bacon. Not the cheapest restaurant out there - but a great spot for a treat & would be great spot to catch up with friends. Can eat inside or outside... More

$75 lunch for two - seriously try this people. Mum and I shared the Cypress Grove ‘Midnight Moon’ cheese for two people $21 Northern California USA – pasteurized goats’ milk. This is a Semi Hard, creamy texture, slightly buttery and nutty with herbaceous and fruity finish cheese. We also shared the Shultz’s Smoked Wagyu with pickled onions, capers and lemon... More

Always a delight. Great service and interesting clients. I enjoyed the huge slices of fruit toas - well I ate half. And finished with a piccolo.

I always look for a venue that serves creative breakfast dishes in addition to the old favourites and Harvey's didn't disappoint. Try the Potato and Feta Rosti with Creamed Corn, Salsa and Poached Egg - delicious. Parking can be tricky though there is a parking station just a short walk away should you not be able to find a street... More

There was a nice buzz in the resturant when we arrived. We found service was great and the food was simply amazing. We would definately go there again. Great value for money.

We dined here for a light lunch, shared a serve of the pork croquettes, very moist and tasty with a wedge of lemon and over generous serve of aioli on the side. Husband had a small plate, of quail with buttermilk roasted cauliflower, it was a very good dish. My dish was onion risotto with venison ragu, served with peas... More

Harvey's was accommodating of our group of 10, and were quick and efficient with service and food preparation. The food itself was very bland, we had an assortment of meals and each were small and very over priced for what you got. For a 'James St' brekky it was very disappointing.

This place is one of Brisbane institutions. It's great for breakfast with good prices and accompanied by good coffee!

Another Brissy institution and always delivers. The grass fed eye fillet is a highlight, one of Brisbane's best steaks. Well done folks!
