Simple yet classy. The restaurant is relatively small but the food is big in flavor. We ordered French onion soup & escargot for entree. The smell is just divine and the taste is heavenly. Our main were the steak and Canard a l'orange or Duck a l'orange. The buttery sauce over steak is delightful. And the duck..,crispy and crunchy skin,... More

Tucked away in Wooloongabba, Michel Bonnet's restaurant, C'est Bon brings French cuisine to Brisbane. Over several years, I have introduced friends and family to C'est Bon. All have remarked how genuine and delicious the cuisine is, reliving their dining experiences in France. The 3 course menu is excellent value, providing a wide range to suit all. Escargots and canard à... More

Rated in the Brisbane top 100 on TripAdvisor, we were looking forward to a great dining experience; what we got was one of the worst meals we've ever had in this great city. Our table was so small they had to take the wine glasses off the table to give us water glasses. We were jammed into a corner by... More

I would happily recommend this restaurant. Service was wonderful and the food was fabulous. Its very nondescript from the footpath, but once inside, it is quite delightful - loved the feature chandeliers. We both had the 3 course Discovery Menu and enjoyed every course - the Coq au Vin Blanc was melt in your mouth and the Creme Caramel was... More

Tucked away near the Mater in Wooloongabba this little gourmet gem is well worth discovering. It epitomises all that’s expected of subtle mouth-watering French cuisine and I’m particularly intrigued by their delectable, but not overpowering, accompanying sauces. Seafood dishes are superb but my preference often tends toward the robust Boeuf Bourguignon, a sure winner for hearty eaters - but leave... More

We chose C'est Bon as it was one of the restaurants at which I could use my $50 Dimmi dining voucher. It was the perfect place to celebrate my husband's birthday. The atmosphere is very elegant with chandeliers, tasteful furniture and decor and fresh flowers on the counter. We both had the 3 course discovery menu which is excellent value... More

Friday night and this small restaurant is failrly busy. The menu isn't huge but the variety is well balanced and there is something for everyone. I had tha Soupe L'Oginon, the Lamb and the Passionfruit Souffle all were excellent in every way. The passionfruit souffle and the bombe alaska were great, in fact the whole dessert menu looked stunning. Service... More

Our group meeting was held at the C'est Bon restaurant on Stanley Street Saturday night. Beautiful food, good service (thanks Tony) and sparkling tableware. We were a group of 17, so took a bit of organising. Although the restaurant was very busy our food was served promptly, and always with a smile. The only downside was the location of the... More

Service is always very good. We have visited on a number of occasions with groups from four to sixteen and have never had long to wait for food or drinks and the staff are friendly and helpful. The desserts are definitely the highlight and the wine list is an adequate mix of French and Australian wines all reasonably priced.

Thank Rod W
