Located within the Botanical gardens you could hardly find a better location, however the food I ordered was disappointing. I ordered mushroom tartines with roasted black galic hummus on a toasted sourdough bread which tasted bland and uninteresting.

Excellent service by very Friendly staff. I enjoyed the avocado on toast with scrambelled eggs which was delicious and a very good portion size. Beautiful location in the botonical gardens. Will definitely be returning to try something new on the menu!!

Eva’s offered exactly the kind of breakfast we wanted: freshly cooked eggs, lovely bread, avocado, home-baked muffins and excellent coffee. We walked early to the gardens, had a great breakfast then spent a very enjoyable couple of hours in the gardens. Very highly recommended.

I don't think so, on their website there is no mention of drinks other than coffees, milkshakes, soft drinks etc.
