About
Arnguli is the local Indigenous name for the bush plum. The plum flourishes even in the driest areas. Its importance in desert life is immortalised in dreaming stories and artwork.A gem of Australia’s rugged heart, the bush plum is a fitting name for a restaurant that celebrates its stunning surroundings. Executive Chef Christian Meinhardt selects and transforms the finest produce from around Australia into a modern culinary experience. Quality products from every corner of the country are enlivened by local Indigenous flora, spices, grains and seeds.

We knew what we were signing up when we went to dine at the Arnguli restaurant but I still felt the cocktails were overpriced. Each cocktail was priced at $24.50. The food was delicious - we had the special market fish with cannellini beans and...More

Our group of four women felt the food was light on (not enough to satisfy)... it was an expensive food option where we felt we paid for more for the service than the food.

We had the steak meal which was good, the side of vegetables was a nice fresh option. The $$ were not that high the menu had a good selection of local produce.
