Stopped here because of the promise of nice sounding breakfast food. Decided on toasted sandwiches and got toast with filling - there is a huge difference! Unfortunately they serve better toasted sandwiches at McDonalds so I guess that says it all!

Tried this cafe for the first time- it has only been opened for 2 months. Very friendly service and beautiful house made soup. I had Indian lamb and lentil- my friend had chicken the day before. Simply lovely served with a whole grain bread roll even for take away. I was undecided about which soup and they let me sample... More

I've tried their pasta for a post lunch workout refuel. Caution: they are cooked fresh with no holding back on portion! So if you're hungry then you're in luck. But my top fav besides the speedy helpful and friendly staff is their soup. They come out at 12pm and always hearty, creative and if you fancy a massive one go... More

We didn't really see much around on a Sunday, so we came here for a quick breakfast. Service was fast, food was nice, and priced right, nothing really making me come back for more though. Came for convenience, and we weren't disappointed.

Have visited several times and love their soups. Different varieties every day. Service is good too. And it's not too pricey!

After walking miles on George Street, we found this little cafe tucked into a side street. Cold beers hit the spot only to be followed up by two off the charts BLTs. Large and tasty at a great price. Service quick and attentive.

we stopped by for a quick breakfast. the prices were below what we were expecting. the food was delicious and generous in portion size. we are very very fussy about coffee and the coffee here is second to none. also the barista service is the quickest I have ever seen. very impressive solid cafe. we will be back.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch yesterday at Chrysler, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional and set in a lovely atmosphere. We saw they serve soups and wraps amongst several other choices and we both fancied the same soup and the same roast leg of lamb, tzatziki (not sure of the spelling) and salad wrap, so enquired whether they could... Visited the Cafe on Castlereigh Street (The restaurant in the Sheraton was too slow). The coffee was really good, the service was fast, courteous and well organised. And the food options for a simple breakfast were varied and tasty. Also well priced. I would definitely recommend this cafe!

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
