Great for Friday nights

The food is very good and nothing to complain about. It is particularly excellent if you have a large group booked. The tapas just keeps coming and the service is well done.

This is a great Spanish Restaurant in CBD Sydney. The atmosphere is vibrant, lively, smells great and makes you hungry from the time you enter. Staff are welcoming, helpful and very efficient. Sangria is great and reasonable at $23/jug. Tapas serves are good and really tasty. Salads are fresh and use good ingredients such as quality goat's cheese and olives.... More

Excellent environment and food for the Spanish 'ambiance' seekers! We had the Parrillada de Carne x 2 (Meat BBQ Platter x 2) which in reality can feed 4! very tasty and value for money. Others had the Seafood BBQ Platter, Paella, Tapas, etc. all of us very happy with our choices. Jars of Sangria was the drink of choice and... More

Came here for a work's party on a Friday night. The tapas was fantastic and the service was great for quite a large group. But, the live music was woeful. Surely there is enough good Spanish popular music for them to maintain the theme. But, no, the poorly played music was at best eclectic - Bon Jovi followed by Sinatra... More

The tapas was great & so was the customer service. We tried four meals, all at $10 each (a special they had on the night). We didn't think 4 meals would fill us, but they did. We has the Spanish omelette, chicken chorizo, garlic prawns & meatballs. The soft drinks were flat. Great value for money.

Wandered across the road from our accommodation (the excellent Meriton Serviced Apartments) and found this little gem. Thursday night special included a bottle of wine with any two mains and the promise of live flamenco - we were sold. The meal was lovely, grilled sardines and the crumbed eggplant from the tapas menu and then very generous mains of baby... More

We went to the Spanish Terrazas Restaurant on the recommendation of our daughter prior to going to a concert at the Sydney Opera House. We were there early in the evening and the restaurant was not busy. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had just the right amount of food at a reasonable cost... More

We decided to go to this restaurant as it was across the road from where we were staying. As soon as we walked in the atmosphere was amazing. There was a two piece band up the back and they were fantastic - they really set the tone for the evening. My husband and I were unsure about what to get... More

We chose this place as it looked nice and clean and was in the Spanish Quarter - we both love tapas. We arrived without a booking and there was a 15 min wait for a table, the staff were very accommodating and apologetic about us having to wait. Once we were seated our wait staff took drinks orders and then... More

We were looking forward to having tapas at a Spanish Restaurant, but were disappointed by the meal and the ambience (there were only two other diners). The only bright spot was the staff member who served us in a friendly fashion.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
