We have been eating here for years and love it - authentic ! In Potts Point the spice has gone from Thai dishes - a pity - and here it remains and is so wonderful - the scallops are always such a brilliant start and we never have had a bed meal there - please go !

We were a group of 9 people and had the set course dinner @ $40/head and we found the servings to be very small and not enough for 9 people. Food was good but just very small servings. Service was very good.

I have been going to this restaurant on and off for 25 years and recently started to go back again... the food is amazing, service is just as you would expect from a Thai restaurant ...but the food is the star...another great place for any occasion ..you wont be disappointed. And if you cannot make dinner they have just started... More

After our disastrously rushed (by them not us) dinner at Long Chim a couple of weeks ago we returned to one of our old favourite Thai restaurants last Friday (28th October 2016). For the three of us I ordered four starters and three mains plus berry rice to share. Contrary to the usual Thai tradition we were actually asked if... More

Small and intimate, but oh my its amazing. We had the set menu, and I couldn't fault one mouthful. BYO so it wasn't only the best thai food its also so well priced. Will be back for sure.

Food was delicious, service lovely, but portions are quite small. We were in a group and ordered mains to share and most left hungry. Barramundi special was devoured!

We often eat Thai food back home with one place we rate highly, but this place beats it hands down. All 6 dishes that we ordered were tasty tender and super enjoyable. When we are back in Sydney we will be making a V line to this place.

Have been going to this restaurant for yonks and have never been disappointed. Thai Nesia has to be one of the most successful, long staying restaurants on Oxford Street. The menu is simple but delicious with generous portions. Their salt and pepper tofu entree is a must as well as any of their curries or stir fries. The Morning Glory... More

Staying in Darlinghurst

Neighborhood Profile
Home of the small bar revolution in Sydney, Darlinghurst has more bars per capita than any other suburb. Themes range from American whiskey bars and 1950’s theme bars to hidden bars requiring secret passwords. Oxford Street is the "Gay Capital" of Australia, where gay and lesbian-friendly venues feature “diva shows” and dancing until the morning. Vintage lovers flock to Crown Street, and small designer boutiques can be found along Victoria and Bourke Streets. Dining in Darlinghurst is a gastronomic adventure. Food from all over the world is on the menu, from American ribs to tapas, sushi to gelato and every ethnicity in between.
