2nd time to Glass Brasserie for dinner. From the moment you walk (even though the restaurant is very busy) you felt well attended to. You were never left waiting for anything in regards to service. The wine list is excellent and the food is amazing. Our waiter went out of his way on a couple of occasions but one in... More

I guess you get what you pay for- breakfast is excellent and if you are in one of the higher levels of the Hilton honours programme, it's free (otherwise expensive). Dinner menus constantly changing and quality and quantity of the menu is excellent.

Not a lot of elegance about this place unless you are seated at the far left end as you enter this establishment. The right side is like sitting in a shopping centre food hall. Crammed in and all noise. Some find an open plan kitchen interesting, but really, it's invasive. Maybe it's the TV shows that are responsible, but seriously, when... More

After a long flight headed to the glass brasserie for lunch. Enjoyed the paella which was shared and easily could have served a 3rd person too. Whilst enjoying this dish at various location I must admit that it was one of the most rich paellas i had. Rich on seafood chicken mussels and fish . Even the side salad was... More

Stay at the Sydney Hilton for a night and you can have breakfast in Glass Brasserie. You get to try the food and the chance to eat in one of Sydney's top venues, albeit not the signature dining experience, but pretty good, nonetheless. So I guess you have already tried lots of hotel breakfasts, but this one is pretty good... More

The restaurant decor is enough to allow you to bask in its elegance. The marble buffet and wide selection is to die for and will keep you going back for me, and storing as much energy as possible for the rest of the day. Dinner is a difference story as it is not abundance of food as much as quality.... More

This was my third visit to Glass and it is always amazing. Fantastic steak and wine list... Service is spectacular and I really love the room. It's solid and dependable for when you need a hearty glass of red and big Ol' steak- won't stop going.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
