We have been wanting to come to this restaurant for years, but finally today was the day! We had King Prawns and Sushimi for entrees which were both exceptional. The Snapper Pie was incredible - my husband and I shared this as it was quite...More

Finally got to eat here after hearing alot about it from my partner with his work dinners! We started with a selection of Oysters which were amazing, big in size & very fresh. The waiter knew what he was on about even though he was...More

I've always loved this restaurant. It's got beautiful views of Sydney across the water, especially at night. It's not too big, like many Sydney restaurants can be, so it feels cozy and romantic. And it does the best fish pie in the world. We decided...More

We had heard so much about this restaurant, and so thought it would be a great idea to spend a Saturday, enjoying lunch by the water. Firstly we could not find the entrance, no sign directing customers to the front door. We were ushered to...More

We had a large group for lunch and the setting is great. The food was very good but the thing that ruined it was the service. It was as though we were in a training restaurant - the staff had no idea what they were...More

What a disappointing night out for our son's birthday. The oysters were glorious! The service started off nicely, then the waiter lost interest or got too busy. The pie was good, but too sweet. Chips, great; the mullet overcooked and I think they forgot the...More

Had a birthday lunch for 6 persons on a cloudy Sydney day. My sixth visit to this establishment and it still one of the best seafood restaurants in Sydney. Starters, mains and desserts were all excellent. The oysters were fresh and tasty, calamari, octopus were...More

Great views, fresh well cooked seafood. Good wine list and service. Has consistently delivered for more than two decades.

One of my favourite restaurants in Sydney. It doesn't matter how long between visits, the quality of food and service is always spot on. The snapper pie is amazing. Don't think about it. Just book and enjoy.

Rainy, busy Mother's Day lunch with guests lining up in the wet for entry at 11.50; asked for entry to escape the rain but told we can enter when they are ready at 12n. Once inside no warm welcome, simply asked for the booking name...More

It's a nice place but I didn't find it pretentious. You would be equally comfortable and at ease in suit and tie or nice jeans. Personally I went in suit with no tie.
