I got a table right on the harbor!!! The food I ordered was very good, but not great!!!!! However, the ambiance of sitting in this restaurant with all there was going on made it pretty cool for my first night in Sydney. The service was OK and the wine selection was very good!!!!!!!!

We have eaten here over many years being local Sydneysiders. Today lunch was mediocre if only for the woeful service. Service should be professional almost unnoticeable and function well. How do we get it so wrong Sydney .... And at such a stunning location. Don't rush guests, don't take away plates or cutlery when guests are still eating, know your... More

Stunning view, the sydney rocks were plump, the flathead fillets were fresh as and the service from our waiter Roman was brilliant. Not cheap but that's what you expect in this real estate belt. Fortunately the 3 days rainathon didn't eventuate!

I booked the table with high expectations based on the reviews, views and service are superb, very pleasant place for dinner. However the food is very expensive and for the price I would expect superb dining experience. I've travelled a lot and ate at many very good restaurants but this one did not do it for me. The food was... More

Ate lunch here on first day in Sydney as we were down at the Quay. Experience was very good. I save Excellent for few places. Party of three and we started with Calamari and ironically all three had the Barramundi. Fish was very fresh and tasty, went well with its accompaniments of brussell sprouts. Service was good, view was great... More

This is an absolutely lovely restaurant. My partner and I ate here and everything from the service to the food to the location was perfect. Everything was so well cooked and presented beautifully. Totally recommend this place.

This place was 5 stars as soon as we walked in and we're treated like kings. Already had a voucher organized and it was my husbands birthday. Freshest prawns I had ever eaten. Tried all of the oyster shots sake was my fav. Had the dish with the betel leaf which was really nice but spicy. Garlic prawns were perfect.... More

This restaurant is great for a late afternoon drink, lunch or dinner when the weather is good. I am not sure about indoor seating, but my wife & i visited this location twice during our 4 night stay.

Great simple food if somewhat expensive. Perfect to sit by the harbour watching the ferries, the harbour bridge and the opera house. Easy going staff, outside eating and options ranging from share plates and snacks to full a la carte meals. This is a must for me every time I am in that part of town - even if it's... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
