I've eaten out a fair bit and this was something to behold in the terrible stakes. Ordered a beer which was warm. Spring rolls were like Chico rolls without the taste. Salt and pepper squid was simply inedible, chewey and tasteless. The chicken (if that's what it was) and cashew nut was oily with vegetables which were also taste free.... More

If you think Seafood Hot and sour = 1 prawn, 1 "scallop" and enough tofu to hide the prawn and "scallop", this may be the place for you ($12.80). Or if you think Crispy Duck in Plum Sauce = poultry (maybe duck but I doubt it) + more PINEAPPLE than duck and a pink sauce, it may be for you... More

Amazing food. Good service. Location is very good. Try to sit outside for a better view. All dishes are authentic and it is certainly value for money.

This restaurant came highly recommended but fell short. We were there on a Friday evening and it was not very busy. While the possibility existed we arrived just as the theatre goers were heading off not many came in before our departure around 9 pm. Service was reasonable and the setting comfortable. Food was acceptable without being special. There are... More

We went here on our last night in Sydney, hoping for a good Asian meal and a nice view. It was amazing. I had the soft shell crab in plum sauce with steamed rice and it was probably the best Chinese dish I have ever had. And it was a really good sized portion. Staff are really friendly and helpful.... This is well located with beautiful views of the Harbour Bridge and Luna Park all sparkling at night. It was a cool evening but the well placed heaters above you keep you toasty warm and also mean the view is not blocked like other venues. The food was good, but a little expensive. I guess we have to pay for... More

Two of us dropped in after a movie at the Dendy cinema for a quick bite and we were both impressed with all our three dishes. We shared an excellent seafood Sang Choy Bow, then had shredded duck noodles and steamed king prawns in garlic, both of which were far better than average and the service was friendly and fast... We eat here often as it is a short walk to the Opera House. You would expect high prices for the iconic views and immediate convenience. I've found the service to be good and if you let them know you are going to a performance they will ensure of speedy service. I can't complain about a thing which is why... More

Had a business dinner. No reservation but we were early. Warm welcome but congested seating. Service is great but food is pricy. Average taste. Try five dishes only oysters and beef made me happy. No privacy as well. No plans to visit again.

Outside tables enjoy a view of the Sydney Harbour bridge and you can sit and enjoy watching the people walking along the boardwalk to and from the Opera House. I find this spot quite delightful. If you catch a movie at the Dendy next door, the restaurant is perfectly positioned for an after movie or pre-Opera dinner and just lovely... More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
