Just your standard hotel bar/restaurant with not much choice and very overpriced given the quality. The fish I had was so overcooked. It's one of those places with someone playing the piano and such, if that is your thing! I'd recommend if you can't be...More

Drinks and snacks here on one night of our stay. Beautiful setting with live soft piano music playing. Great choice of gins. Pricey but a lovely relaxing spot.

Stopped for a coffee and snack mid morning. Stylish with semi private areas of you need to have a business meeting without other clientele listening in.

I went for buffet high tea with my son just recently. I booked via phone before handed but when we turned up they had no record of our booking? This was not a great start but they found us a table within 5 minutes. The...More

So this is the lobby bar and restaurant of the Intercontinental Hotel. An international hotel in Sydney, Australia's business hub. I am sat in the bar right now, at 22:07 on a Wednesday after a very long day. And yet, the bar shuts at 22:00....More

Ate here a few times during our stay in Sydney. Nice food, reasonable prices and a nice relaxing atmosphere. More a lounge than a restaurant so waiters are not that intrusive, but never the less, efficient.

Stayed for one night in the hotel and opted for the convenience of meeting in the hotel at the Cortile and what a great decision. House red wine was awesome (best I've had in a very long time) and the tapas menu was excellent. I...More

We have enjoyed cocktails at The Cortile a few times over the years but our most recent visit left me a little disappointed. Service was slow and unenthusiastic and the drinks not fabulous. Would give it a miss next time.

A friend and I chose the Cortile for celebratory birthday cocktails on a Sunday night. I have stayed at the hotel and visited the Cortile previously and it seemed an ideal spot to start our evening. But how very disappointing our experience was. We were...More

We came in here late last night for dessert 🍰 and some wine. There was a really inexperienced waiter with poor English and we struggled to get proper service. Very annoying in such a place. Eventually we had to complain to the manager and she...More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens
