That was my second visit for the fat Monday. It's normal sometimes you need to wait 5-10 minutes for piece of pizza so if you have heaps of time, why not? I'm Spanish and I found the pizza as one of the best Italians in town. For 20$ per person it's really worth it for a Monday evening.they don't take bookings... More

Very good authentic Italian pizzeria in Surry Hills. Went there for the all u can eat pizza night on Monday and came back home absolutely satisfied. I would recommend to try and book in advance. Otherwise you could find yourselves waiting for a while. Very nice ambience too.

Incredible food, great service and overall a great atmosphere. The linguini with porcini mushroom is a must to try. It shouldn't be a special it should be on the menu permanently.

It's been almost 3 years since I last ate here. The menu a wine list have remained similar (in a good sense) to how I remembered it. Simple tasty antipasto and great pizza backed up with predominantly Italian wine list, all of which a reasonably priced. The place feels and looks good and it a great space to eat. Lack... More

Last year I ate there and liked it so much I couldn't wait to go back. Tonight we had the most terrible pizza. Came out cold. We sent it back and the second one also came out cold. One of the prawns on the pizza tasted off and I had to spit it out. When we went to pay I... More

Had a dreadful meal here tonight, served cold pizza, asked for it to be replaced, only to be served yet another cold pizza with questionable prawns. Complained but basically fell on deaf ears. Had been wanting to get back to this place for ages, but will never be returning.

Great wood fired pizza, well cooked pasta and a decent Italian wine list. Food comes out fast, and they have a ever changing specials menu which is usually delicious

Caught up with an old friend and decided to have a late dinner. Pizza was on our minds and Pizza e Birra did not disappoint! We ordered a Margarita and Capriossa both delicious pizzas with a thin base- wood fired into submission. We also ordered the red house wine which was a typical house wine, but still nice all the... Have been here a few times now and the food is always great. Pizza is authentic and the pasta is delicious. Staff are all very friendly as well. One of the better Italian restaurants in Sydney.
