We had a group of 14 for lunch on Friday - the food was excellent with a wide range of choices for all the discerning palates in the group. Service was friendly and extended to helping us take a group photo, even rearranging the curtains so to get the great shot. Wine - we didn't drink a lot, but had... More

This place is fun the music is pumping and good atmosphere. However it's way too pricey! Some "to share" plates are $30 and are the size of a starter! When will you Sydney hipsters learn the value of money!

We wondered if Bodega could live up to the amazingly high standard they had set on our first visit. There wasn't a problem, if anything it was even better. The food is the real star, but the great vibe created by the staff, decor and music take it to an even higher level. Stand out dishes this time - "Fish... More

The first thing that struck me was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. From being greeted, seated and served the service was impeccable. The menu was clearly and expertly explained, as was the wine list. The food- we ordered the shared plates- wow, wow, wow- simple, complex, perfect combinations to suit all palates. Will definitely return. There were a few romantic... More

Prompt, pleasant service without being too attentive. Very good food, but the wine was expensive. We were given a table as soon as we arrived as they hold some for walk ins.

Always wanted to come here but previously they didn't accept bookings for small groups. We were impressed with the hot cross bun and arepa tapas. The calamari green papaya salad was refreshing and the duck with scallop was also very tasty. The pork and cuttlefish meatball with truffle was a nice change from tomato based meatballs found on all tapas... More

Had a lovely night. Great food, started with bread and olive oil. Oil was of a very good quality. We then shared the zucchini flowers stuff with a creamy filling in light sauce. Next was the eggplant parmagani with 3 cheeses and the beef cheeks just melted in the mouth so tender and full of flavor serviced with a sherry... More

We turned up on Saturday night without a booking and managed to get a table for 2 straightaway. We ordered 2 arepas with corn, salsa and cheese ($6.50 each), the pea and ricotta zucchini flowers to share ($20), and the eggplant schnitzel to share ($20). We felt the portions were a little small but the food was absolutely amazing. Such... More

Spanish themed tapas restaurant The food isn't Spanish but more of an alternative theme However, all the food was delicious Hot cross buns, salad, beef cheeks and the banana split dessert..... definitely worth the visit. Service great and water was continously being refilled

Good tapas style food. Menu wise it was a bit limited compared to a full on tapas bar but quality was good. Pea and ricotta zucchini flowers with malt vinegar was tasty. Beef cheek with oloroso sauce was really tender and well cooked to perfection. Banana cream flan was a sweet end to dinner. Lighting was a bit poor for... More
