It was my first time here and I love tapas. The mussells were to die for, we drank all of the sauce they were cooked in, the mussells were very small though. The calamarie was beautifully cooked as was the chorizo. We also had the suckling pig and paela which were really good. The sangria is also worth getting, very... More

First visit to this restaurant. First night in Sydney. We went because we have a house in Spain and so are used to and love Spanish food. Very noisy with a party of at least fourteen people at the adjacent tables in a small space. I ordered the medallions of fillet steak. Medallions they were not - more like lumps... More

The food was traditional Spanish. We shared 4 tapas, plenty for two. Then had churros and Spanish coffee, both awesome. The service was absolutely fantastic, food great. Lovely place that will become a regular in Sydney!

We first went here back in the 1970's ( it opened in 1973) and haven't been back for a while. So revisiting was a nostalgic experience. The decor is still the same- dark Spanish wood etc- but, most importantly, the food is still excellent. We had three tapas dishes, and I had a beef main course. The garlic prawns were... More

The service was great. We ordered mixed seafood dish and paella which we were kindly allowed to have each as a single serve. When the dishes came out they looked great. Big serves with plenty of seafood. However most of seafood was over cooked and the sauce for the seafood was too salty. Promising, but fell short.

I normally stay at the Meriton on Kent St when in Sydney and my wife and I strolled aacross the road to this restaurant one night and have been back every trip since. Good service, tapas, mains and of course desserts - mmmm churros. Spanish beer, sangria - what more could you want? Four and a half stars

Great food. Service is terrible. You're treated like you are to come in, eat and leave. Drink service... worst. I could have asked for a lemonade ten times and not gotten it. Lovely food though their chorizo... beautiful!!!

I only had two items - sardines and mushrooms. The produce was very good and adequately prepared. More skilled cooks would have seasoned and presented better. It is important for restaurants to continue learning, and improve their offerings. It takes very little extra effort to produce simple, but great dishes and ensure that customers talk and return.

My wife and I recently visited and thoroughly enjoyed the tapas menu. Mushrooms, calamari, chorizo and prawns with a bottle of Sangre de Toro which was superb.
