This place was amazing to say the least! I traveled with a friend and we ended up eating brunch there two of the five days we were in Sydney. The atmosphere was great, we didn't feel like tourists at all, just two people eating at a small local joint back home. The menu had some staple choices, and then some... More

Always excellent (baked eggs are great, but so if the whole menu, I had the vegetarian burger today. Scrambled eggs are a little too runny). Delicious food, friendly staff, toddler friendly.

Stopped in for breakie and were very happy with the offerings. Huge portions and really tasty. We got the creamed corn with poached eggs and the mexican breakie. Coffee great and nice atmosphere. Friendly service and reasonably priced for the area. Definitely worth it if in the area.

This suburb has so many food options. However for breakfast this is probably one of the better ones Ive been to.. Service was great. We did have to wait 15 minutes for a table but I have no issues with doing so. Just go for a little walk in the area to kill time. The food was wonderful. We ordered... More

Went here for breakfast with my partner and another couple. As soon as we sat down the staff asked us if we would like coffees. I had the French toast which was good, my partner has the 485 which he also enjoyed. The coffees were good and the snickers milkshake - amazing! The staff were constantly giving us fresh bottles... This place has some of the best food I have ever tasted in my life! I visited there for breakfast with my husband and best friend and all three of our meals were the best breakfasts we have had in years! I can absolutely recommend the Mexican, the home-made creamed corn, and the muesli. The staff were all so lovely... More

Small, busy (always a good sign) eatery on Crown St.... lucky to get a Saturday morning park spot nearby. Colourful, varied menu... reasonable prices. Pleasant staff. A good breakfast option if you don't mind slipping into the near-city area.

This Surry Hills cafe has fantastic food and a great selection of juices, smoothies and Kombucha. We had lunch and the food was delicious and the portions were filling. The pulled pork salad was amazing. We loved watching the staff work in the busy kitchen, so much so after seeing the french toast being assembled we had to order one.... More

It's located on Crown St. close to Devonshire St (which goes straight to Central Station). Crown St. is well known for its good cafes and restaurants, Four Ate Five being no exception. I went to Four ate Five for breakfast on a Friday morning at around 9am. It was quite busy then but still possible to get a small table.... More

The cafe is very popular and on SundaY we waited about 25 minutes for a table. Well worth the wait. We had the vege burger with kumara chips. The chips were obviously bad for us but blow caution to the wind and enjoy them. Very tasty. The burger was excellent with loads of flavour. You might ask for someone who... More
