I was eating alone at 485 the other day enjoying my meal when it finally dawned on me that the cafe is actually called four-ate-five! Great food, better puns! 5 stars! Recommend the veggie burger !

I stopped by Four Ate Five last week.... I was very very disappointed with all aspects of this busy cafe. Firstly, the cafe was unclean, floors dirty, the open kitchen also unclean messy. The guest bathroom was beyond description, simply unhygenic, as it is so close to the kitchen where the food is prepared, this is very unpleasant. The floor... More

It would be a shame to come to Sydney and not pop in here. Best almond milk latte I've ever had in my life. (I actually stopped in twice in one day because it's just THAT good!) Fabulous menu for all diets, delicious food and lovely service.

food was on point and the coffee was great, the staff are very helpful to suit anyone's dietary requirements. they use a good coffee from single origin and the wait for food and coffee was very short. definitely recommend some batch brew

The best breakfast of my life! I ordered some eggs benedict with salmon and it came out in a croissant instead of muffins. What a lovely surprise! On the side I also got some pickles and potato hash. Those housemade pickles were amazing. But not as amazing as the potato hash! How did they make this perfect little potato cake?!?!... More

This is the coolest place in the area - if you lucky to get in. Come at opening times when the queues are shorter. A must visit

While we eat here regularly and the food usually good, the 25 minute wait today for four people and unhelpful attitude from staff just led us to walk away and won't be back.

Popped in for my second visit for lunch this time. Ordered the following: Brown rice bowl with chicken and pulled pork Ginger kimbucha Service was great, very friendly and got a table after only waiting 5 min. Be prepared to wait as this place is popular. Just put your name down and go for a little walk down Crown St... More

Just grabbed a quick lunch with friends and all our dishes were fab, the home made soup, the super bowl salad and the sandwich. Nice little and friendly cafe in the heart of surry hills. The coffee is delicious too.

Thank armotta
