Would recommend est. It had beautiful dishes. The non-alcoholic pairing drinks were a standout. Had never seen it anywhere else and it was such a highlight to the night.

25th wedding anniversary, so we wanted something special. Sadly, we were a bit disappointed in EST, after all the hype. Very expensive, which is OK, if it lives up to expectations. Sadly the servings were tiny, and the only dish we had that was a...More

Always a favourite, I love Est. We took my mother for her birthday and she said it was one of the best meals she's ever had. The venue is great, think high ceilings, pillars and a very light spacious feel. Service was wonderful, so friendly...More

This was a repeat visit; just to try Peter Doyle's again food before he retires. Not disappointed!! Food is very good. Service was good. The restaurant is quite big, but the ambiance is reasonably cosy.

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens

Sorry for the delayed response but the regular reservation is fine. As Michael has said it takes a couple of hours but definitely worth it. Also try the oysters at the beginning with their special vinaigrette. Very delicious.
