One of the best breakfast views at Coogee although the traffic can be a little distracting. Meals are generous and cooked well. Poached eggs and avo were fresh with perfect toast and grilled tomato. Black pepper would have been a welcomed addition. Staff friendly but...More

We stayed at the Coogee Sands Hotel and they recommend this place for breakfast. Having spent 23 hours flying from the UK, we looked at this place from the other side of the road and didn't think it looked like much at all, the seating...More

Good plentiful salads. They also have a child menu, which is nice. The staff was effective, acknowledging and fast.

The mushrooms tasted old and reheated, the scrambled eggs were virtually inedible, the toast was soggy, when asked for butter they gave me margarine!! no cracked pepper was offered and no hymalayan sea salt - just the artery-blocking table salt! With an abundance of great...More

Stopping to eat here ruined our day. The waitress was unbelievably rude and disinterested. The food was actually ok but we couldn't enjoy it because of the awful attitude of the waitress. Do not make the mistake of thinking you can order food from either...More

Oh my goodness! I stayed at Coogee Sands and opted to purchase the breakfast at a local cafe. I wandered down and grabbed a table. My huge breakfast was out quickly, coffee was strong and the service exceptional! Fabulous value for money!

After an unmerciful junket of a weekend I went searching for some soft munch before a long night of battling the banshee inside my head. Reluctantly went in here after realising McDonald’s was closed. I’m glad I did. Got the beef yeero and a mountain...More

Had breakfast here. The food was good and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The one thing we do recommend is that the cafe stocks lactose free milk.

Very accessible by public transport, Coogee is the
smaller, friendlier, more intimate version of Bondi
Beach. Coogee is the only beach in the Eastern suburbs
that does not have big waves, making it an excellent
family beach. The Coogee Bay Hotel, located right
across the beach, has one of the biggest beer gardens
in Australia and plenty of entertainment every night
of the week. Be on the lookout for celebrity
