Party of 4 for business dinner. Two Aussies and two visitors from North America and Europe. Hendricks served the proper way was just as it should be, as were the Moscow Mules ☺️ Fresh chilled Merimbula oysters tasted as good as they do off the rack in Merimbula. The wagyu and pasture fed tenderloin Duos came with just the right... More

This was recommended to us as a great place to get a good steak. While the steak was very good, I was disappointed by the choice of side dishes on offer. The closest thing to a normal serve of vegetable. Wax kale, cold peas and ricotta mixed...not that nice. It was also quite expensive. The steak was good, though expensive when... More

Dining alone on a work trip, was looked after, friendly staff, great wine list by the glass, and fantastic meal - minute wagyu steak!

A great venue for business lunch. Not too noisy and great food. Wine selection is also fantastic. Best is the steak... lots of variety and cooking styles. Fantastic. I'll be back asap.

Caught up with a colleague after work and enjoyed drinks at the Chophouse. Relaxing, chilled out ambience. Would have love to check out the menu!

A few of us went here for lunch, the food, service and wine list all excellent, the decor, well, you could have been in any fine restaurant in Italy, overall a great place to go, I will be back.

A group of us went there for lunch, the place was busy and had a great vibe, the decor is very interesting, I liked it, the food, service and wine list very good, not the cheapest place in town, would I go back there again? You bet!

My favourite entree ever was served here (which sadly they no longer do), which was ceviched scallops. That was fantastic. All the steaks I have tried have been nice. Not best ever, but they were nice. I would give the desserts a miss (too sweet). Value for money could be improved as a $40AUD steak was too small for dinner.... More

Rather impromptu trip to this steak house in central Sydney CBD after a recommend from work colleagues. Nice ambience even when a quite full Friday night. Some large groups seemed well catered for. We had a table for 2 towards the back but certainly didn't miss decent service. We both ordered the dry aged delmonica steak and they were cooked... More

Chophouse is located at 25 Bligh St Sydney. Designed as a tribute to the old New York steakhouse, Chophouse references a bygone era. Inspired by the industrial & perhaps even a subtle nod to the rawness of the abattoir, the building’s original substructure has been unearthed. |Elements have been stripped back to their raw, primitive nature while maintaining a certain edge & sex appeal. Chophouse is a culinary and visual experience....
