It is stone throw away from Intercontinental Hotel. A very satisfying experience. Great coffee and excellent brownie. Will definitely visit again.

Bacco is a delightful small wine bar in the heart of Sydney's CBD. The staff are great and enhanced our experience with great Italian wine suggestions. My wife and I shared an Antipasto platter which was excellent in terms of; quality, quantity and variety. The bar is on LG level Chifley Plaza, entrance off Phillip Street across from Sofitel hotel.... More

This place is the only place that can make a decent flat white, in all the time I have been traveling between Europe and Sydney. Barista I salute you!

My girlfriend purchased a groupon voucher for two for the 7 course degustation. We arrived at a very pretty little restaurant where we walked in past the chef making fresh pasta in the open kitchen. We were seated at the bar with a delicious aperitif. The staff were just lovely & all 7 courses were tasty & beautifully presented. I... More

Before coming from Canada we purchased a Groupon to for a degustating (tasting) menu of an aperitif, seven courses, and a digestif. The Groupon was a reasonable price for two meals out. We arrived at the restaurant very much the worse for wear after a day at the beach, and still dealing with jetlag. Our server was very pleasant and... More

Tuna sandwich is awesome for lunch, always had good experiences here be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. They make fresh pasta in the restaurant, silky smooth. The best lasagna I've ever had from here is sadly not on the menu anymore! Bacco has added life to the lobby of Chifley Tower. Well done guys.

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
