The atmosphere and staff were both very nice - and the location on the Kingston waterfront was nice. I also really liked that you could take away your leftovers. I found the food to be a bit bland, and lacking in the complexity I'd expect for the price. Dishes were elegantly presented however, and the entrees were good. You're definitely... More

Sleek contemporary decor. Staff were attentive but discrete. Menu all looked delicious- was too hard to decide so our party of 4 ordered the deluxe banquet. Every dish was fabulous and completely different. The pork belly was not at all fatty, the chicken was meltingly tender. Impossible to choose a favourite. The only slight criticism was that wine by the... More

My wife and I were advised to try Morks Thai Restaurant in the Kingston Foreshore bar and restaurant strip. We were staying at East Hotel which is a 20 Minute walk from the Kingston Foreshore. We should have realised how popular this restaurant was when we were asked which seating we wanted - 6 pm or 7.30pm. We ordered the... More

Went on a rainy, cold, windy, freezing night to this establishment upon my husbands insistence. I didn't want to go outside, however I am so glad I did. Booked on FB and the confirmation came back immediately. Greeted by happy smiles when we entered and shown to our table. The service was attentive without being overbearing and friendly without being... More

This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend in Canberra and our group of four all loved it. We had dinner there and shared all dishes. Staff were all very friendly and eager to help. Don't expect your neigherhood Thai takeaway dishes here, this is more of the modern chic Thai that you would see at places like Long... More

My meal at Morks was absolutely memorable. After the excellent ambiance, lovely location, and the delightful service, the food was so tasty and imaginatively serviced that I was lost for words when asked if I was a happy eater. Highly recommended. Reserve or arrive before 6.30.

Lovely lunch. Quite big serves for lunch - same menu as for dinner. Crisp, fresh flavours. Delicious. We had the pork belly and the roast chicken., with the fried rice to share.

We arrived on a high and our night got better when we were handed a glass of bubbly wine as we were lead to our table. We decided on the deluxe banquet and we were not disappointed. I loved the starters especially the pumpkin dumplings and the pork buns but the prawns were spectacular. There was a good break before... More

Party of 4 on a Wednesday night. Had heard good things but went with no expectations. Very friendly greeting and a fair crowd in. We're all lazy so went for the deluxe sharing option. Every dish... yep every one...was absolutely delicious. All the first courses came out around the same time and could have been a bit more spread but... More

Too pricy and most dishes on the menu, I can find in other thai restaurants in town , and taste better and cost less. I did try this place for the second time but still not convinced.

Thank Exp E
