Amazing food on a blustery Canberra day. Lucky we walked in when we did as the Restaraunt filled quickly. Great service good honest well thought out menu. Will be back

We went here for an early (6pm) dinner on a Friday. I've always loved Morks, though Florey days were the best! We ordered the fried squid to start which was perfectly cooked. From there, we ordered the pork belly and the red curry duck, both being delicious. The highlight for me was dessert. I got the egg in hay which... More

Our visit was outstanding. The entrees were phenomenal, especially the sweet potato dumplings. The mains -- of chicken and red curry duck -- were simply luscious. No other word. The real performer of this restaurant is its deserts. Normally desert in Asian restaurants is a disappointment -- not here. The service, especially by the two young men, is marvellous. All... More

This was a great find! Welcomes at the door with a friendly hello and all the staff were lovely. Great busy vibe for a Tuesday night. I had three entrees as dining by myself - crispy pancake with pad Thai : yummmm Pork bun: yummmmmmmmm Soft shell crab toto: yummmmmmmmmmm And dessert the deep fried ice cream. Delicious. Wonderful Thai Australian fusion & well priced. We shared 2starters and 2 mains between the 2 of us and certainly didn't leave hungry. A comprehensive wine list and very friendly and efficient staff. We shall be back to try more dishes.

Ordered a banquet and every course was delicious, clean and fresh (I even enjoyed the dishes I thought I didn't like!) Service was friendly, professional and accommodating. Three of us wanted a different dessert to that served with the banquet - staff were happy to accommodate us and only charged a small price to serve the more up market desserts.... More

Wanted a leisurely lunch but be warned. The kitchen closes at 2pm so a 1.30pm booking meant we were somewhat rushed into ordering everything we wanted to eat. Food was fresh and tasty. Smallish servings. Very quiet restaurant and we were the last to leave at about 3pm. Rushed to pay the bill so overall not the relaxing lunch we... More

All the dishes were excellent quality and taste... the steamed mulloway, the BBQ chicken as mains ... pad thai pancake and softshell crab roti. For dessert, the mango gelato and chocolate mouse - again excellent.

Enjoyed dinner at Morks with a group of friends recently. We chose the more expensive banquet option, and were not disappointed. The food and service was first class. The banquet had plenty of variety in entree and main selections. While Morks has good wine list, we opted to use their BYO option. All in all an excellent night out. Thanks... More
