Met with friends for lunch. Always a pleasant welcome, the best selection of best beers to sup with a lovely lunch.

Went here with family for an evening meal having never even seen the place before. It was a friendly and quaint old local pub offering great food.

Always a wide range of well kept real ales available. Most are local to Kent and Sussex. 2 beer festivals a year. The interior is wooden beams and low ceilings. Serves good "homecooked" food. A must ofa pub for real ale lovers

What a lovely pub. This pub is a 40 minute drive from me, but it’s worth the trip. Great cask ale, lovely food, quirky layout and no music to shout above during your meal - great place, would definitely recommend.

The pub looks stunning, it’s decked out really nice but unfortunately when we visited there were a lot of locals in which is fine but you really felt you were intruding on someone else’s party. We were waiting at the bar and I can only...More

Super country pub with excellent food. My only quibble was, it was our first visit, and the person that took us to our table did not tell us that we had to order at the bar ( not very convenient ) or that the menu...More
