We visited this restaurant, located inside the Broumov Monastery in a week, during the lunch time so we could try only lunch menu – risotto with ragout and cheese, stuffed dumplings with horseradish and turkey breasts with potatoes accompanied with very tasty home made lemonades....The service was excellent and prices of meals and drinks were reasonable. I would appreciate also stylish interior and mainly interesting selection of Czech (local / regional) craft beers.More

We ordered a duck with souce and stuffed pepper. Overall the meal wasn't cheap. The dishes were served quite fastly. There's a menu in english. We saw a few locals there. However, the meal hadn't impressed us.

This restaurant is a nice example of modern concepts in gastronomy. The restaurant is located near the entrance of the monastery in Broumov. The interior is functional and bright and fits well with the location. In the corridor leading to the clean and modern toilets...you can look through a window into the kitchen and watch the kitchen staff at work. We were there for lunch and had barely sat down, when a waitress came and took the order. We chose dishes from the daily menu. The drinks, soup and main courses came without much waiting, although the restaurant was almost completely occupied. The homemade raspberry lemonade had been prepared with real fruit. Very good. The soup was well seasoned. The portions of the main dishes were quite big. The food tasted really good. We were very happy with it and the prices were fair. That's the way it should be everywhere. Well done! We paid by credit card. The down side? Although the restaurant is located near the much-visited monastery of Broumov, the website and the menu were unfortunately only in Czech. And in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant are few parking spaces. So, plan a little walk. The restaurant is worth a visit.More
