A nicely located pub on the market square with a nice outdoors area. We had a lovely evening meal which consisted of a mixed grill and a chicken and rib combo, also a bottle of white wine which came with an ice bucket. The portions...More

As usual they offer great value good food and drink. Fairly quick service. However I thought the interior was a bit of a let down as it did not compliment this wonderful historic town.

Popped into Newark on the way to pick something up. Was fairly busy but service was quick and the food came out nice and quick too. Polite well presented staff. Another great pub from the weatherspoons brand

We stopped off in Newark for lunch and visited Wetherspoons as there is a good choice on the menu and some meal deals include a drink so great value. Always seems to be busy but managed to find a table and the food order didn't...More

Although the menu looks extensive there is not much choice of food. For what you get the price is high even when you get a drink included. The food is not particularly tasty and not good quality.. There are many other pubs in Newark that...More
