My wife and I often pop into Luciano's when shopping at Middlebrook. Usually it's just for coffee and a sandwich and cake but this lunchtime we had a meal. My wife had a half portion of Gnocchi Norma and I had a full portion of...Gnocchi Etna. Both were delicious, especially the Gnocchi Etna (which I've never had before). Staff are always so friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.More

Unfortunately our dinning experience was bellow average. I’ve ordered Linguine with sun blushed tomato pesto, feta and pine nuts but it didn’t contain any sun blushed tomatoes nor pine nuts, but instead, a very large amount of red onions which weren’t listed on the Menü.The...meal tasted nice enough, although the portion was tiny and I had to leave most of the red onions on the plate as they were far too many. My partner had the ‘homemade’ lasagne but he said it was a ready meal microwave lasagne, or at least, tasted like one. Staff were attentive and friendly though and it’s obviously not their fault that the food is below average.Also, the music was awful, generic, monotone pop music without variety. Wonderful place for coffee and so much more. We go frequently and are never let down whether it be just a coffee or breakfast, lunch, evening meal or drinks. The staff are wonderful. It’s a lovely setting with lots of large windows. Authentically Italian and...highly recommended.More
First time at this lovely restaurant, will definitely be back soon. Went with my sister after a bit of shopping. We had a cheeky cocktail each, followed by Gnocchi with a lovely Italin sauce sprinkle with Feta chese. Highly recommend a visit. All the staff...were welcoming and very pleasant. Visited lunchtime 3 April, meals out can be difficult as my Wife is garlic intolerant, amazing this day and age, so many restaurants cannot accommodate this, Lucciano’s however is not one of them! The staffs attitude was no problem and explained exactly what they could...do for her, brilliant. The food was excellent and considering I gave them a bad review some time ago, I’m delighted to see such an improvement, thank you, I’m delighted to recommend Lucciano’s on customer service and food.More
I was booked in with a small group of friends who meet about once a month for a meal together. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived at 19:30 on a Friday reflecting the fact that it is in a retail park and most of...the shops there had closed. The service was, nevertheless, friendly and efficient as the low number of staff was more than sufficient for the low number of customers. I had the Gnocchi Etna - which was a delicious spicy version what the Italians would have come up with if they had invented bangers and mash. The portion was just the right size to follow with the dessert of the day - a custard filled mille feuille with cream, served with a few berries to counteract the sweetness of the pastry. The quality of the food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. My friends had a variety of different dishes on the menu and we were all very happy with our meals. I'd happily eat here again and try what else this restaurant offers.More

My husband and I went to Luciano’s for the first time on Christmas Eve for a breakfast treat and had the best time! As a vegetarian, I can sometimes find options limited but I had the best vegetarian breakfast burger and had zero food envy!...The food was delicious, service was fab, and staff were the friendliest - I even got a hug and free cannoli! We visited Luciano’s at Middlebrook on 2nd Dec 2022 for our lunch after a busy morning Christmas shopping having been recommended by a friend. From entering the Restaurant to leaving it was a delightful experience. We were given a warm welcome on arrival and the...service and food were excellent. The staff were very attentive and polite.The ambience was perfect, food delicious and very good value for money. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future and would wholly recommend a visit. Thank you to all the staff for making our experience so special.More

We, my husband Steven and me decided on Luciano’s Deli for a meal out. It was Friday. We had not eaten there at night for a while. We realised what we had been missing! We had Starters : Polpettine di Manzo - Homemade meatballs in...a rich spicy chilli tomato and basil sauce served with crusty, lightly toasted bread. Steven highly recommends this for the flavour and ALWAYS has as a Starter. I had the Portuguese Tuna Rolls - cooked in sesame breadcrumbs and lightly fried,served with a sweet chilli dip. It is sooo good. I have had it a few times. Every mouthful is just wonderful. ( Young Children enjoy this very much as well.) Our waitress said she loves it, too. I enjoyed Linguine Diavola - Linguine Pasta served with strips of Fillet Steak, fresh chilli and tomato sauce with a touch of cream. Heaven on a Plate, scrumptious. I very rarely move on from this choice, I love it so much! Ravioli Aragosta ( Lobster Ravioli) is my other perfect selection. Steven thoroughly enjoyed Linguine Salmone, Smoked Salmon, cherry tomatoes tossed with Linguine in a basil pesto. Very tasty, the Smoked Salmon was plentiful. Both of our meals were well and truly devoured with much enthusiasm , washed down with a large glass of Pinot Grigio for me , a very good one , too. Steven had a pint of Moretti . To Finish- Yes, We HAD to have a dessert because Steven cannot resist the Chocolate Brownie served warm with Ice Cream ( though you can have it with Cream if preferred) . I had it , too. Very yummy indeed and rounded off Our Perfect Meal beautifully. What a terrific Treat our meal was. Thank You to our Waitress for looking after us, also to the young man, also. A Big Thank You to Iolanda , also known as Iole , whose Customer Service cannot be praised highly enough at this Restaurant. Iole is an absolute Star with every Customer. She always has a Very Warm and Welcoming Smile for all . Nothing is too much trouble for her. Iolanda and all her Staff are amazing with Young Children. ( Lisa, Jessica, Luciano, Amelia and Mario are the ones I know) . Our 4and a half years old Grandson - Sebastian adores Iole , and runs over to her, to give her a big hug and cuddle, whenever I take him to Luciano’s Deli - not as often now, as Sebastian started School in September 2022.More
