If your a sports fan you can chill by the bar while watching the game or if you just want to have lunch or dinner with some friends it's good for that too. It's more pub style but there is quieter dining upstairs. Appetizers are good but food is a little pricey and service could be better.

Located in the back of Trincity Mall, this restaurant offers a great menu and ambience. I usually have the ribs or a burger...both of which are superb.

This was one of the few places opened after 11pm on a Thursday night during my layover in Trinidad (close to the airport). Food was good to refuel and the atmosphere was good as well with the usual Trini soca music playing.

The ambience was cool..didn't like the seating too much, was too clustered. The food was delicious, my drink was a stawberry daquari and they used a substitute for the Strawberry...it was thick, too sweet and tasted horrible..customer service could improve drastically..I personally think supervisors or managers need to be on the ground more often

THREE times I've visited this establishment at different times with different groups and three times in a row we didn't even get to place our orders before being totally turned off by the customer service and leaving. I don't even know why I tried the third time around.

A place often visited fro drinks and get together can also be a good source for good, honest, no complication meal. Coconut shrimps are the best I've had in a long time, truly worth it. Jambalaya pasta with chicken and shrimp was also a bery nice surprise. Excellent temperature, pasta al dente and flavors just where you need them, spicy... More

I went there to celebrate a friend's birthday and the entire ambiance of the establishment was a party atmosphere as it was about 7 on a Thursday night. We dined in the restaurant area upstairs. The music was so loud that we could have barely heard ourselves. The waitresses, yes, multiple had somewhat of an attitude and were rather slow... More

Like most Customer service industries they lack in being polite. Whatever issue they have home, leave it home. Your job is based on how you treat us the customer for tips.

Stopped for a late night snack and drinks with my kids (they love smoothies). But in my opinion this restaurant is not suitable for children, its more on the sports bar/ liming spot and its a bit small. Service was not very welcoming. Ordered wings but it was to spicy for my taste.

This is directed to Reviewer Tough M:

So because the customer service was bad, you are coming on a public platform crying racism?? The customer service in Trinidad & Tobago is not up to par with America's, trust me on that fact. I was raised in the US and KNOW THIS TOO BE TRUE. But, please don't come and tell foreigners they aren't accepted in our country when Trinidadians treat foreigners of ALL "COLOURS" very well. As a matter of fact, T&T citizens are known for looking down on darker people. Not proud of that...

If you were actually a resident, you'd know these things but you're not. Therefore, what you wrote is completely out of line to put false blame on your poor customer service as a "racist" action. You seem to want to avoid foreigners from visiting our country. That is evil of you to try and take bread out of the mouths of other businesses etc due to your experience at ONE restaurant.

I have many white friends who came to Trinidad and are happy to come back. Unless you have SOLID FACTS & ACTIONS to back up your claim of experiencing racism as a foreigner, don't come on Trip Advisor to LIE to people. It makes you look very stupid. Considering you are claiming the employees were prejudice based on your ASSUMPTIONS not their words or actions. You didn't get served because they need to teach their employees timeliness and customer relations. They are careless with ALL customers, not just you. The Caribbean as a whole are known for being laid back and taking their time,. Nobody told you this??

Self entitlement and poor victim mentality is a sad thing. Don't bring that into my country.

One last thing:

If they're so prejudice to foreigners, how come they hired a Spanish-only speaking hostess? You think we can go to South America etc and get a job like that without knowing Espanol? Lady, think twice before you speak, ok. What you did is very WRONG. Speak about the lack of customer service, don't make false accusations about an entire country regarding their views on foreigners. That is what we Trinis call "making confusion" or bacchanal. Stop it.
