Delicious food, decent prices and such great staff. This place has it all! I could almost stay an extra day in Mackenzie just to eat here again. The portions are huge, almost impossible to finish. You can't go wrong at this place

Noisy - open air right on a busy street. Good service. Food was good but nothing special except for the huge portions. Everything was very salty.

We got at the restaurant at 5pm and it was quite busy. All customers at that time were Mexicans. The service was quite ok, not too friendly, not too efficient, but ok. The dishes were excellent and very abundant.

The food is not complicated in this country but this restaurants serves good local dishes , good portions and the service is fast. Prices like everywhere in the tourist restaurants but it's worth this money because the restaurant is in the quiet street, nice to be outside especially in the evening..good soups, tacos

I had the Mexican shrimp. Shrimp with green pepper, tomato and sauce. It came with rice. The size of the dish was good. I read a lot of comments here about the size, but I think it was good for one person. I saw some other dishes coming out, they look bigger. So there is more food in meat and... More

Service was fast and the food we ordered for lunch was all very good with the exception of the hamburger ordered for my 4yo. There were more vegetables in it than beef and therefore was not eaten. Given the cheap price we just paid for it and left it on the plate. Probably not a great place to take a... More

This restaurant is right next to our hotel and we've been there twice already. The Mexican cuisine they offer is very good and it's extremely cheap. What's more, I thought for the price that the portions would be small, but they're actually huge. It's definitely worth visiting if you're in Palenque.

We ate at Las Tinajas twice while visiting Palenque. We were very pleased with the friendly and attentive service, large potions, and good prices.

They're incredible slow and the food quality is not good. I'm mexican and I can tell you I've been to many restaurants like this one and none of them are as bad as these one.

We came by a mexican recommendation, we were more than 1hour waiting just for some quesadillas and a camaron cocktail, basic meals... There was non stop people coming and singing, selling things and very noisy. We were next to another couple that came also from a local recommendation. We beleice its the only one they recommend dispite the poor service.
