Besides the epic hotel area, this restaurant offers fair prices with excellent quality. Delicious breakfast and very good live music during night hours.

Nice and good vibes in Don Mucho. All the food I tried there was very good (cream of the day (chayote), calzone, fresh pesto pasta!!) Very good option close to the Ruins. Live music starts around 7pm. Quick and very good service. Fresh bread, fresh pasta, a lot of choice on the menu. A bit pricy (especially the cocktails) but... More

We ate there 2 nights and had both Mexican food as well as Pizza and a salad. Prices are okay considering this is the only dinner option in the area. The live band was amazing and the outdoor patio in the jungle has a nice atmosphere. Service can be a bit slow when the restaurant is packed, but the waiters... More

This is the larger restaurant on the grounds of Margaret and Ed's Cabanas. The menu has lots of options, and the food we tried was very good. I enjoyed the calzone, pasta dishes, fried shrimp. There was good live music played at a good volume (not too loud). There are lots of hippies selling jewelry and stuff on all sides,... More

This where all the back packers that are staying at the cabins or camping nearby go, so it has that hippie vibe. Food was decent, not great and not horrible. I'm just missing what why this place is so popular. Only thing I can guess is that it's one of the the few places nearby. It's cheap and casual, so... More

Food here is distinctly average. I had a few different meals there and wasn't impressed. If you're staying in Panchan this is the only food option and will definitely get tiresome. They do however have a good vibe in the evenings with some great live music...I would recommend having a few drinks there rather than a meal.

Have been there many times I think they have lost the deli touch in the kitchen but is a must in Palenque, they always have great live music they always choose the perfect musicians for the atmosphere. Great bands. And the place where is located is beautiful you feel right in the jungle. I recommend to arrive before the sun... More

Much better meal and service than expected after reading reviews online, especially due to the location and isolation. Breakfast menu unexciting and limited, but the place really comes alive at night. Their Italian food was extensive and surprisingly authentic... can personally reccommend the calzone and tagliatelli. Larhe poryions, made the mistake of overordering, but that just made tje next day's... More

We had great food and a fun evening of music and fire eaters. My husband had a good steak and a very good tor tortilini with chilli and garlic. Heavy on the garlic but I loved it. Mixed with locals and tourists. Fun.

They make a very good pizza but the Mexican food is below-average, which was a dissapointment. We had breakfast there 3 days in a row, which was quite alright (all different types of eggs). Prices are average, compared to Quintana Roo a bit less expensive.
