I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I recently stayed here for a couple of days on a solo hiking trip. The room was comfortable, stylish and scrupulously clean. The food and wine in the restaurant are excellent by any standard, but it is particularly nice...to find such good vegetable-focussed dishes in such a remote hamlet (where normally you would expect only fondue and schnitzel). The vegetarian breakfast was generous and of a similarly high quality, with freshly baked brioche and (sourdough?) bread. The staff were wonderful, and I am already planning my next trip. My only suggestions would be a bit more storage in the room, and perhaps a vegan dish on the menu.More
