Just wanted to say that we had family lunch yesterday. Nice place with high potential, however didn’t get that. I’ve ordered seafood Asian soup which was tasty however there was rice noodle, two tiny prawns (nothing like king ore tiger one) and nail size of...fish that’s all. I think that’s proper ripoff. Mine corse wasn’t bad fish cook nicely but one was warm one hot, duck overcooked and old potatoes with weird aftertaste. Fondant undercooked and served i ramekin. When I got asked I’ve given constructive feedback and all I’ve heard that’s new owners taking over soon 😢 Unacceptable! I’m a chef and really rarely I’m complaining. However is not customer problem. Hope you can fix this problems and move on. Good luck 🍀More

Such a great place for family or business meal. We tried trout / pstrag, amazing delicate fish with fries and cucumber. As a starter we had snails in buttery garlic sous - delicious. For drink I tried Espresso with tonic, grapefruit juice and mint and...that was such a tasty surprise. Service very polite, and worth to ask for recommendations. Well done 👏🏻More

Delicious fish soup, baked trout was sublime, and deserts worth waiting every minute. It’s dog and cat friendly. Service was exceptional. Surroundings picturesque. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The food is fairly good, but some dishes could do with a better seasoning (e.g. the trout - the spices were was on the top/skin which some people don't like to eat). A bigger choice of side dishes, like grilled vegetables, would be great as...an alternative to the sauerkraut (which was yummy, but it's not everyone's cup of tea). There aren't many options for vegetarians. Prices are fair compared to other restaurants in the area with a comparable nice view/setting. Good coffee. Plant based milk available. The fondant was a bit too runny and too sweet, but that's very individual as I don't like very sweet deserts. The terrace is a great place to dine in summer, but also the inside is a pleasant place to eat in winter. Nice, simple design.More

The building is very beautiful and has an amazing design. There is a terrace on a lake which is perfect for warmer days. Great location near mesmerising lakes. Food is tasty. I ate tomato soup, my family ordered grilled chicken from children menu. The children...portions seem small, but even an adult can eat their fill. Too much fries compared to the amount of vegetables ;) I would suggest adding more fish in the menu since the restaurant is located near fishery. I think the menu also needs more vegan options (salads maybe?) and more food overall. I believe by having more choices customers will come here more often :) Kind and helpful staff. I really adore the deign of the toilet :) Thank youMore

Tomato soup was awfully. Fish soup have had the same "priceless" taste🤮🤢 Few years ago there was a Great Restaurant, but now, after rebranding their prices are highle levelled, but quality and taste are low. I do not recommend

Lovely place, the best part is the cat welcoming the guests :) and of course views and the restaurant building itself. I’ve been there few times: Salad with halloumi - good, but very simple and rather would recommend as a starter, as a vegetarian I...would like to also have an option to have a nice, full meal in a form of a salad or green bowl. Worth considering to make us vegetarians happy :) Apple pie served in a very original way with chocolate - would kill for it. Classic combination twisted up by how it was served and the crunchy chocolate! My meat eating boyfriend had the steak and was also absolutely in love, said it was much much better that the one he had last time in Wrocław in a place which was dedicated to serve only steaks. He said next time we will be in jelenia Gora he is getting his steak in Aquakulra :) Camembert hamburger - simple combination but good quality products. Nice it had sour and spicy accents, fries were also crunchy and not greasy. It was a pity because my burger was cold but probably because it was waiting to be served with the steak :) Coffee and lemonade - very nice, good quality again, simple. Lemonade made with fresh grapefruit and orange juice, we loved it, felt like summer.More

Outstanding food prepared with attention to detail. Salad with duck breast Duck was exquisite. Tender and juicy. Salad dressing delicate and slightly sweet which excellently contributed to cinnamon marinated and baked beetroot. Poetry. Creme brulee Perfection. The place definitely worth a visit.

I've been driving by Aquakultura on number of occasions & the place caught my eye due to its location - on the edge of Staw Lesny. I did like the look of a modern barn.. Convenient car park. As I visited outside of their busy...season there was no need for reservation. I've runged beforehand and staff was very helpful & friendly. Good selection of food & drinks - I felt it was a fusion cuisine with strong focus on sea produce ; could not tell which specific country was a hero as dishes were influenced by Polish, French, Italian and even middle eastern plates. A rather tasty steak tartare was possibly a chef's take on Polish/French origins - whilst some might complain that the meat was not mixed by the chef, I was more than happy to do the honours myself. The dish was served with bread although I've asked for fries to be served as well. I would gladly eat it again. A creme brulee .. The favourite dessert of mine yet for some reason it felt like an imposter... the dish itself was tasty and with hints of caramel & vanilla "burnt cream" but not the original one. A pleasant dinner nonetheless. Value for money? This really depends how one measures value... it is not at a priced as fastfood golden arches chain but it cannot & should not be. This is a restaurants which tries to wow its patrons and as such their ingredients & produce quality has been reflected in the price .. For yours truly the price is right. Next time - yes there will be a next time - I will try a fish dish !More

Fish soup + smoked makrel + oven fried trout + sturgeon we all really tasty. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is NOT pretentious or expensive at all, unlike another review claimed. At least we got good value for money. We recommend.

We were on a trip of a week in Jelenia Gora area. We have eaten in restaurants once a day, sometimes two: lunch and diner. Aquakultura was near our appartment, so we wanted to try. Conclusion: nice service by a young waitress, but too high...prices for what you get. A bit prentious. The salad for my vegetarian girlfriend, was a laugh. You cannot serve a salad this simple and effortless for that price.More

This restaurant was quite a pleasant surprise to stumble upon. We went past it on the way to Podgorna waterfall (Wodospad Podgornej) about 20 mins south driving from Jelenia Gora in the village of Przesieka. Having found nothing of value in Przesieka as a place...to eat, we headed back towards Jelenia Gora and decided to explore the place. The restaurant is very spacious and beautifully designed with large windows on a barn-type structure opening out onto a jetty which affords fantastic views of the Karkonsze mountains. Even on a hot summer's day in July (32C) it was pleasantly cool above the water. The local sturgeon is highly recommended as are the Czech beers on draught at the bar.More

After a week in Poland I was slightly despairing of the food. Then I came across Aquakultura and my faith was restored. I had a sublime garlic and sun dried tomato soup - fresh local ingredients imaginatively cooked and served in a beautiful and stylish...setting. It was by far the best meal I had in Poland.More
