I have always supported and raved about this resturant and even did a great review for them a while back, but that all changed today. I had a special brunch planned with my mother and decided to treat her to brunch. The food was great,...but firstly the restuarant was way too full, then in the middle of our meal we were asked to move as the had a big group coming. When I asked if we can at least finish our meal, the staff was staring us out, talking about us as if we couldn't hear then and making a huge noise moving tables and chairs around. We felt rushed, unwelcome and very uncomfortable. This deli/ restaurant that used to be a little gem, has now lost it's charm and I will never go back.More

We visit this restaurant on the odd occasion when we are in the Southern Suburbs for business. Has been a favourite for a very long time. LOVE the food.

I love Four&Twenty and have visited MANY times, almost exclusively for the Eggs Be Oriental. Was so sad to see it has been removed from the menu! What a loss!! It really is the star of the menu, not sure if its worth visiting as...much without it. As disappointing as this was, we had excellent, friendly service from Farai!More

I have been coming here for so many years dragged in by one or other girlfriend who just had to eat here. I have never really been a fan and can’t put my finger on why , perhaps I prefer a more diverse crowd ....My visit for breakfast a few days ago was incredibly mediocre and for the price, portion size and taste not worth my while. On leaving watched the kitchen staff sitting outside of kitchen smoking ......never a good look.More

Four & Twenty Cafe Typically what you would expect from a badly run establishment. Cold reception, where I had to wait 15 minutes to be attended to while other patrons who walked in after me were quickly seated and well received. If you enjoy long...waits for food and drink, and crispy black bacon then make a reservation.More

Great 'TripAdvisored' discovery for a breakfast experience! Quickly realise this is a local institution by the way people get on dropping in. Our meals were excellent, the word "flapjacks' doesn't do justice to the dish they make from it, past scrumptious. My banting style poached...eggs on a aubergine/mushroom rösti was great. Will make this a regular stop! And aim for a weekday, as weekends sure looks busy. Elderflower rock shandy a nice take on a classic local drink.More

Such a hidden gem, beautiful location, friendly staff, delicious food. I loved the interior design, it`s very cozy, green and decorated with love. The food was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend stopping by.

Visited on our way to Muizenberg for breakfast . All of the party of 5 adults were delighted with their food. We sat next to the kitchen and were drooling as other orders were being collected - everything looked so good. I had the Raspberry...oatmeal and it was the best version I had during my 2 weeks in CT. Fabulous service & atmosphere too. I’ll definitely go back when I visit CT againMore
