This is by far my favorite place on Waiheke. The grounds and architechure themselves are worth a visit. The food is amazing. We were able to walk in and sit at the bar and enjoy several tapas and wine. There is a great variety of food and drinks (wine, cocktails, beer). From here it is a short walk down to... More

This place is well worth a visit. The wine tasting session has a beautiful setting, the wine samples are accompanied by tiny tastings and the actual food in the restaurant is awesome. The staff are very friendly and we all thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Casita Miro.

Visit on Monday lunch, it was quite busy. A waiter is friendly. Food and wine were very nice, we love chicken liver with bread, so tasty. Hope come back one day

We're glad Casita Miro was open for lunch on our day trip to gorgeous Waiheke Island on a sunny winter day (not many places are open during the week in winter). We had the BEST time there - the service is outstanding, the owners were servicing their guests themselves and gave us excellent recommendations on what to choose from the... More

We had a very bad experience at another winery and were very happy to have found Casita Miro! The staff were lovely and friendly, the wines were beautiful and we loved that they gave little samples of food to compliment. We also had tapas after wine tasting, there was a great selection and it all tasted amazing! Massively recommend.

We had a lovely lunch here (8 of us) on a stunning winter day and I can only imagine how popular it would be in the summer. The food was divine and the lady that served us did an excellent job of choosing all the different types of tapas to bring us. She took into account a couple of different... More

What a great location, atop a beautiful hill which overlooks the Miro Vineyard below. The restaurant has an amazing array of Tapas, mains and other little dishes to choose from! Definitely a must try when on Waiheke Island! Make sure you order the Goats Cheese Croquets, Lamb Tagine and Chicken Liver Pate!!!!

We came here last weekend and we were not disappointed at all. The service was amazing (I have some dietary requirements and the waitress was very helpful, they even gave me a different dipping sauce for our tapas as I couldn't have their aoili). The setting is so beautiful too, it felt like we were in Spain. The food was... More
