We visit The Pear Tree fairly regularly, it's in a wonderful setting and tastefully decorated. The food is good however the service can be a little hit or miss which is frustrating.

Four of us came to the Pear Tree for Sunday lunch. Everything about the place was just the best. I had the onion and squash soup to start even though I'm not usually mad about soup but it was excellent as was the roast beef...More

What a gem of a place. A little off the beaten track, and a bit like finding a special secret hidden in the Wiltshire countryside. The location amongst the fruit trees, is idyllic, and the lovely old building seems nestled into the surroundings. Inside flag...More

Only the day before we had booked for the two of us for Friday evening, and in retrospect we were obviously lucky to get in.... This place is popular, and rightly so. Not only great for the staff and their service, and for a very...More

Great ambience - a lovely snug bar, rustic yet stylish dining room, all the food was fantastically tasty - the spiced red cabbage was absolutely delicious! Friendly and helpful staff - all in all totally well worth a visit if your anywhere nearby!

Description
After being closed for over a year The Pear Tree Inn has been carefully restored as a farmhouse kitchen with bar & rooms. It has a relaxed & rustic appeal to the locally sourced menu & reclaimed quirky decor.

An old stone build farmhouse with rug strewn flagstones & reclaimed timber flooring. It features worn wooden tables with mismatched furniture and linen napkins. The Pear Tree Inn will showcase the best local suppliers with a menu guided by the seasons. It also offers overnight guests eight contemporary individually decorated rooms split between the Inn & a beautifully converted barn
