Best biscuits and gravy I've had west of Texas. Very cozy fire and comfortable setting. Outdoor available but too cold today. Friendly service. Reasonable prices

Stopped for lunch after camping out down the road. All the parks where closed due to the fire, but Big Sur was open for business. Ordered the Turkey BLT which was excellent. Drinks are all self serve and. One just has to order everything at the counter. Not very busy considering that it was mid August. Most people seem to... More

Front patio is really cozy with fire pits and lush succulents all around. The back patio has an amazing view of the densely forrested hillside. The breakfast was good but not standout. The hamburger was one of the best I've had. The menus are very small but varied and creative. Great place to hang out and have coffee or a... More

This cafe was a short walk from our cabin and it has great coffee (yummy americano!), fresh donuts (a little doughy but tasty), and a good breakfast sandwich. The ambiance is nice and modern. My husband, toddler, and I enjoyed one breakfast here and picked up coffee + donuts another day.

Went here for lunch with my wife and our small dog. Friendly, fast, beautiful setting, great food and dog-friendly. My wife had the BLT, while I had their burger. All great!

The roadhouse was a nice quick stop for breakfast. The people are nice and the coffee is good. A little pricey but everything is in the area.

I went there with a friend of mine and we both ordered the hamburger since the menu was very limited. We had to order at the bar of sorts, and it was kinda weird that we had to pay ahead of time including his tip. Kinda felt like fast food, but with a demand for tip. The hamburgers were from... Staying in the Glen Oaks cabins, we went to the Roadhouse since it was included with our room price. The free offering was simply donuts and coffee. But they were quite good and the atmosphere was delightful. And there were more comprehensive breakfasts available for purchase.

Out f this world good. Served with a tortellini and side vegan butternut bisque. Waiter's recommendation. Looking forward to returning in June, and will take the whole family to this little delight.
