Absolutely delightful and lovely spot along the coast to take in the beauty of the area. Each time we have eaten here we have been very satisfied. Great selections and great atmosphere. One of our favorites.

My tiramisu was frozen so they gave me a free alternative dessert. The view upstairs was to die for. We sat on the balcony overlooking the sea. The walls were clear glass so we could see for miles. My companion throuroughly enjoyed her espresso. The staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The environment makes the whole visit worth it. Dining... More

We have stopped here a couple of times over the years. Fine food - the wraps are great and can be easily be shared between 2. Combined with salad and a glass of cold, crisp white wine is heaven. This is before the view is added in. Outstanding way side on one of the best drives (PCH) in the world.... More

We stopped here to avoid some of the fog. Quite the surprise in the middle of basically nowhere they really have great pieces. I'm glad we stopped and you should check it out. Couldn't carry anything because we flew out to California and we were driving the coast but I think they ship.

Stumbled upon this awesomeness as we took an impromptu drive with the family post-Christmas. It was for sale when we stopped, but I believe it is still open, or cafe opening soon. Cafe was incredible when we were there, as were the views, the gallery, and the service! Would love to come back!

Stopped for lunch, as most do, while traveling PCH 1. Not many choices that aren't crowded in Big Sur area, and this place had parking, so we gave it a try. As others have noted, service is slow (they have a small staff and a small kitchen), but food tasty, if overpriced (again, not many choices around here and they... More

love this place with great coast view. You paid first and they will bring your food to you. I love my veggie burrito! Take a walk at the gallery everything is fantastic! Dog and kids friendly.

Kind of expensive, but they have some unique stuff. We have a beautiful but costly vase on our table and a dichroic glass cube refracting light that comes in the family room window. Fun to poke around even if you don't buy, and an interesting little garden as well.

My boyfriend and I stopped here to grab lunch on our Pacific Coast Highway drive towards Monterey. The views were beautiful. The food was good, but pricey. I had the Big Sur sandwich with turkey and avocado on ciabatta bread for 15.00. My bf had the meatball sandwich for 18.00 and the chips were extra. My vanilla latte was delicious... More

We stopped off at this Cafe today for coffee, hot chocolate and cake after it was recommended by the lady at the Visitor's Centre in Cambria. The service was VERY slow, the prices extortionate, and the quality of the cakes, and even the coffee, was poor. The hot chocolate was easily the worst we have ever tasted. Don't waste your... More
