Oyster Rockefeller with pork belly! Imaginative and so delicious. Risotto with fish had such a depth of flavor to it, I’ve never had risotto this good before. Definitely a great dinner. Hugo and David were great, attentive servers

What an amazing place, the food was excellent. This was the best food we had while in the cancun area, by far. Service was great, they were very attentive. The local IPA beers here are very good. Wish I could find them back in the...states! I had the fresh fish of the day, I actually picked out the fish, it was delicious. The pork here is amazing as well!More

We found the restaurant from a suggestion from our taxi driver...great suggestion! Number one reason to ask locals for their advice! The main dining area at the top of the stairs was full, so we were guided to the adjacent room. It was very nicely...decorated and overlooked the street below. My first impression...I loved it. The decor was so ...neat! The leather utensil wraps were the perfect touch to accompany the large natural edge tables. We were "gifted" a delicious shrimp soup, breads and table-side made guacamole. Having it made at the table was great...let us control the cilantro! My nephew had the surf and turf, my niece had a pizza from their on-site wood fire oven, I had the lobster tagliatelle, and my brother had a seafood dish that was served in a large coconut. It had octopus, mussels, fish, shrimp...he really enjoyed it. My pasta sauce was a little heavy, so I concentrated on the chunks of lobster! For dessert we shared the chocolate lava cake...delicious! The food, service, decor...all great!More

I am not a seafood fan but the rest of my family loves it so we tried Punta Corcho. As a landlubber, there was not much to choose from but I had the pork shank and it was great. They make the Guac right at...the table and it was delicious. The rest of my family enjoyed the seafood and so I highly recommend Punta Corcho.More

Nice atmosphere & good food - but pricier than most of the other excellent restaurants we ate at while in Puerto Morelos.

This place is AMAZING. About 5 years ago my friend was getting married in Mexico. A group of us rented a house and drove into this cute neighborhood in Puerto Morelos. We saw this cool restaurant overlooking the square and decided to eat there. The...place blew our minds! The drinks, food, atmosphere was all amazing. Our trip was about a week long and I believe we ate there another two times! My husband and I went back to Mexico for another wedding and one of the only things we needed to do was eat at Punto Corcho. It's been a few years but the place was just the same! The food was just as amazing and the atmosphere was as I remembered. We had the lion fish carpacchio, a whole fish oven fried, fish tacos, and flan. The lion fish I've never had but was very delicious fish and presented in such a fun way. They also make very good sauces which we took a quart of the habanero hot sauce home with us. I am SO happy that this restaurant is thriving and they are still providing top notch food! Anytime we visit Mexico and nearby, we will always visit Punto Corcho.More

We walked in twice. Though popular - other places were very quiet as it was low season, I would book if not in low season.
