We travel almost every summer to Cancun area and when we visit Puerto Morelos, we always have lunch here. Pizza is good, steak cuts are good, and the price of food is even better. Service is very personalised, so you really enjoy having lunch here.

We visited on June 5, 2016. We had a pepperoni pizza and a bacon, prune, & cheese empanada. The food was delicious and great price. We were the only customers there at the time (a little after normal lunch time), so we had a quiet lunch, with great service. Their sangria so good. Definitely stop here if you visit Puerto... More

While visiting Riviera Maya we went into the small town of Puerto Morelos because I felt like a slice of pizza. After asking a couple of people and finding that pizza shop closed we walked up to Los Gauchos Restaurant right across from the church. They typically don't open till 4:00 pm but for take out orders they do takeout... More

We were looking for a light meal so ordered a salad and several empanadas to share and it was all good. We ordered the cheese w/ tomato & basil, beef, chicken and seafood baked empanadas. We could have gotten fried instead but we were happy with the baked. Our favorite was the cheese, tomato, and basil. My husband also liked... More

We had a 4 cheese empanada, which u can get baked or fried. We got backed very tasty. We asked for the best steak. The girl recommended arrachara, usually not my favorite. Honestly I have never really cared for but she insisted it was the best her favorite. So we got it over the rib eye ect. She was right... More

We ate here a couple of times. Good food and great service. The pizza and salads were good, but my favorite were the empanadas. both times we ate here we were serenaded by a wandering musician with a pan flute, it was a nice experience.

We enjoyed our meal at Los Gauchos and went back to seconds but it was closed :) There is a good menu with a wide selection at fair prices. The service is a bit slow, but that is part of the experience. The food was very well prepared and there was a gentleman that stopped by to play music that... More

Each time we go to Puerto Morelos, we eat at this restaurant. Good prices, good food and friendly staff. I tried the chicken Cesar salad and it was simply amazing! And loved their sangria. Will go for sure next time!

Went here on Friday evening with my boyfriend - it was a good experience! We shared a large pizza and had garlic bread to start - very fast service. I ordered a margarita and my boyfriend a beer, but were informed it was buy one get one free on margaritas so we ordered two of those instead! 'Great' we thought!... More

Little place adjacent to the church. Small with wooden chairs and table. Argentinean...nice wine selection, steams and empanadas. We just grabbed some wine and empanadas. My favorite was the tomato, cheese and basil...baked. Spread a little of the fresh pesto like sauce for perfection. We tried several of the Special empanadas as well. All good. Couple beside us split a... More
